I love this machine, however; I do not think it is cutting or working at it's limit. We are having trouble with cutting through. It has been cutting and was in the middle of cutting a project when it started just engraving. Our project was ruined as we noticed early on in the process. We ran another cut and it still did not cut. We had the settings at 10 speed and 100 power. Monport service was friendly and responsive. There was a bit of delay due to the time difference. My machine is nicer than even I expected. Is is fast, smooth, and powerful. The auto focus alone is worth the extra spent for the 80w vs the 60w. Only two issues. 1- The blower hole should be located on the back. 1st one shipped by FedEx arrived in pieces. 2nd one arrived well but gantry was off by a few teeth on the right side. Engraved at an angle. Got it squared out and had to start from scratch with mirror alignment. Took awhile and beam is on the extreme edge of mirror #2 but works. Good product and works with lightburn, which is the program I'm used to. I used this board to rebuild a very old SH-K40III. I had to gut the old controls and completely rewire it. The seller tried to help with wiring diagrams but was not very helpful. Also did not respond to some inquiries. I ended up frying the initial board and had to buy another. I think you guys have a really sturdy machine, the problem is I think you guys need to do better with your customer support and as well as being detailed about providing step-by-step unboxing and operating your machine. You guys provided me with a YouTube video, but it didn’t go in detail as to step-by-step operation. It took about 5 days before I can get a real person to help.
