Castle Arts customer service is awful! I ordered and received the 120 CA Gold pencils set, and when going through them for swatching, I noticed that I had 2 of the same #160 Permanent Brown Deep, and no #069 Van Dyke Brown. I contacted customer service and was told they would NOT send me the missing pencil.
