The jacket itself is great! It took a long time to arrive, I asked for an eta as it was a gift, and was told that it was not possible - took about 13 days to arrive.

Bought two pairs for my brother. Just perfect for walking the dogs. One pair kept for popping to the shops. He says they are really comfortable and a good fit. Not totally waterproof though

Very nice boots lightweight and surprisingly comfortable as the soles don't look up to much I like the style as I have a pair Doc Martin Chelsea boots which from a build quality is higher but also comes with a higher price. I'm not sure how much abuse these Montford boots will take however I am very with the price and comfort all correspondence with this company very good.

The shorts were a great fit, and as advertised they dried extremely quickly and didn't cling in all the wrong places

Great fit and comfy. Easy to slip on. Saves having to do up laces if you are in a hurry or just want to nip out.

Delivery took longer than expected but I wasn't aware of the origin, however, it was a really nice jumper and fitted well.

I am delighted with my recent purchase of wide toe box shoes. The fit is just right for me as I have a bunion on one foot and the new shoe does not rub against this. The soft feel of the leather is comforting. Walking in these shoes is excellent.

Love these boots, look and feel great on. Need to buy a size up as a small fit, but very comfy and get lots of compliments when wearing them.

Unfortunately the boots were too tight around the ankles Making it very difficult to get them on and we left it too late to send them back. Shame really because they are very nice and look good. Robert.

Customer service was really good, some how I ordered 4 jumpers instead of just the one. Even though it was the weekend I got a reply, Olivia was very helpful and accommodating, I got my refund with no hassles.  Not impressed at all. Sweaters are nothing like was advertised. The purple is not bright. And the fabric isn't fuzzy like the photo. The neckline is very high, unlike the photo. I feel like I'm being choked.

It's was great to get confirmation of order, order being collected, order sent, but why not give an estimated time of arrival than having to track it somewhere else that needs to be signed into. Cheers Craig

The boots are cute, but they run small so they don’t fit. Returns are a nightmare so I lost money due to it. Got a 25% refund and a 20% discount on another purchase but there’s no way I’m doing that. Sending them back would cost me more money then it’s worth

My husband has Alzheimers and these made such a difference to him.
