Really great gloves. I’ve had them for about a month and they’re super comfortable and sturdy. I’m looking forward to using these for years. I plan on getting the winter gloves as summer winds down.

I am using these liners under a pair of form fitting leather motorcycle gloves. They fit well and provide extra warmth. I would buy again and do recommend. I wear a size 9 glove and purchased the medium glove liners.

I love these gloves! I work in them all the time. Turns out that if you work hard in them when they are soaking wet the leather will eventually stretch out and tear. I put a hole in two of the fingers on my dominant hand and was sad until I learned that VT glove does repairs!! I sent in my gloves expecting patches on the 2 fingers and they came back to me in less than a week with 8 reinforced fingers!! These gloves are better than ever! I have never been so happy!

You guys are the greatest! I received my first pair as a gift. I loved them so much that when I wore through a few fingers after 18 months of hard use, I bought a new pair as replacements. Your amazing staff helped me sort though a minor sizing issue, and then fixed my original pair as a gift. (Thank you Lauren!) I cannot possiby say enough good things about your products or your staff.

This was a second repair you did for me. I beat the snickers out of theese gloves, mainly with firewood. Each time they came back perfect, ready for more abuse! Thank you very much, well worth every penny. Nice to know if I have any issues with them, they will be fixed.

Top quality, extremely comfortable USA made product. These are the most comfortable gloves I’ve ever worn. They are great for checking off the truck to cutting the grass. I like them so much they go with me from my house to the firehouse. They are worth every penny.

These are the best gloves my farm has ever had. They do any job I ask of them. This is also a fabulous company, run by fabulous people. My thanks to them for building a better product.

The opportunity to repair is a fantastic incentive to spend so much money on a pair of gloves in the first place. My initial investment was repaid over five years of hard work, and then paid again with repair that might give me another five. What a great service.

Usually I wear out 2 pairs of gloves per year cutting up 5-7 cords of wood each year. These gloves lasted 3 years before I wore a hole in 1 finger. They repaired 5 fingers that were not up to their standards, and I believe from start to finish they only took 11 days to repair. I won't bother buying any other gloves again, I got a second pair from Vermont Gloves for Christmas so I'm set for years! Couldn't be happier with this purchase and repair.

These gloves are great. They are a perfect blend of durable, flexible and comfortable. I saw lumber, process firewood, sugar, hay and do other hands on work and these gloves are great. I bought my first pair 3 years ago, and my second pair is starting to feel a bit thin. They last really well considering the amount of work I do while wearing them (they were pretty much the only gloves I used).

These gloves are very well made. I purchased the custom fit pair and they fit great. They hold up well. I’m pretty hard on work gloves due to getting them wet and grabbing sharp objects. They’re holding up great. More I wear them, the better they get. I recommend these gloves for anyone who wears work gloves everyday - very comfortable.

I love my Vermonter gloves from Vermont Glove! As a transplant from Massachusetts to Central Vermont, I am so proud to be a part of Vermont history by owning a pair of gloves that come from over 100 years of expertise. They are locally and ethically sourced and manufactured right here in Randolph. My gloves are durable and functional and comfortable for all day wear. The fit is perfect and they are even personalized with my initials. I recommend them 100%!

Following the size which is very accurate, I received a set of gloves that were supple but tough and can see them lasting through a lot of abuse. Great hand protection, excellent dexterity and locally made. When this pair wears out I’m definitely buying a replacement pair. Also great gift idea for those you know that work with their hands.

Better than new pair for 1/3 the price. Finally tore through a well worn pair at the finger by clearing nasty tangled up fencing wires from razor sharp flails on my mower. Hands kept safe, old gloves had serious wounds. Sent em in and they replaced every single finger pad, somehow keeping all the original leather on the back. I think this was more work than making a fresh pair. These are my people! No break-in period, straight back to work, my trusty gloves renewed.

The photo is the merino wool glove liner along side a Gerbing Vanguard 12 volt plug in heated glove I use when I ride my motorcycle in cold weather. The electric gloves work only for 30-45 minutes or until a little hand sweat makes them useless. I tried cotton liners, they were a little better but not much. Your merino wool liner work great. They allow perspiration to wick away without building up inside the electric glove. They are well made with no annoying seam-bumps. Thanks for the great pro...

After a short break-in using Neatsfoot oil they are perfect. The short fingers make the glove fit amazing. Several people saw me pulling, grabbing, demoing and no hand damage. I had to use my laser to put my name on them to protect from long term borrowing. Thanks for a great glove, I have purchased a second pair for backup in case someone walks away with them.

I tried the large gloves, but they were a little to big. I was able to return those for a medium pair that fit better. When I used them in the rain it did help them form to my hands better. I am definitely looking forward to many years of use from these.

I never thought I'd find a quality made pair of gloves that will hold up for a long time to come. Well, I believe I have found them. I loved these so much that I dedicated my first pair to ball playing with my 7 year old Doberman, he still loves to play ball and these gloves help keep my hands clean and a good grip on the balls when playing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a glove that will last for a long time.

The gloves are fantastic, and the neatsfoot oil is the perfect accompaniment. I was nervous about putting oil on them, thinking it would make them feel greasy, but they absorbed it like a thirsty sponge and are now more pliable and luxurious than ever. Great advice.

Best gloves you can buy. Period. I’m sure these are what I was buying back in the 1980s when Smith & Hawken was a real company and this was the best they could find. You still can’t do better. Not even close.

I wanted to use these for snowboarding and wasn't sure if it had loop for a leash. I emailed and to my surprise the next morning I had an email from Lauren letting me know I should just ask for it in the comment field. I was sold. Placed an order, they got here within two weeks and they are great. Feel great, sturdy and has the leash loop. Can't wait to take them out for the season!

Love them! Have yet to use them for a full season, but they have broken in nicely. My partner seems to be saving them since they are so lovely. They are soft, easy to move in, and feel super sturdy. We purchased the oil and beeswax to go with and I think that is the right choice. It seems like these protections will help with durability and waterproofing tremendously. So excited to work in a pair of gloves that will last longer than a season!

The Vermonter are great! They hold up REALLY WELL! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great work glove. The only downside is due to the way they are built, you won’t have a lot of dexterity or fine motor skills to pick up small items, but that’s not what the gloves are made for anyway!

Great gloves. They were as thick as I expected. One surprise was how soft the leather finish was on the inside. Very comfortable and cozy. Love the feel. Photos show are with one treatment of neatsfoot oil and working them in a bit. The wrist cinches are very well thought out and functional. I sized my hond to a Large with the Vermont Glove printable scale and they fit perfectly in my opinion. With or without the liners they fit great. Wool liners are not super thick. They advert...

I’ve had a lot of gloves over the years and these are by far the highest quality, most well made of them all. Very impressive. It’s summer now in Indiana but i can’t wait for wintertime to try these out. Neatsfoot oil and beeswax make these perfect. Thanks guys - keep up the great work!

I’ve had the uphill ski gloves for a couple years now. I am a medium glove size in just about every brand, but I found the uphill ski gloves was a bit floppy with no liner. It’s a great glove for winter, but I wanted a glove that fit well without a liner. I’ve been searching for a comparable quality glove that could be used for hotter weather. Vermont gloves just so happen to come out with this glove! It fits perfectly, it’s super comfortable, and I am really liking the streamlined look. I’m gl...

These gloves will change your life. Don't believe me? Buy a pair - I dare you. These are the type of gloves that cut a cord of wood at 10 below in the morning, then rush to the mountain for some hot laps in the afternoon. The gloves that handle a 5AM ski tour just as well as they handle pulling someone out of the ditch on the way home, and the four pack by the bonfire that inevitably follows. These gloves don't make you choose between work and play, they truly do it all.

I love these gloves! They're comfortable, functional, and look great. I live and work on a Christmas tree farm in New England. After my first season with them, they're in great shape. Nothing extreme, but had no problem handing cold, snowy weather, chainsaws, hand saws, tree sap, branches, pine needles, and more.

Well made from locally available materials and made here in the United States. They keep your hands warm and dry, but make sure that you apply a good/multiple coating(s) of neatsfoot oil before you apply the water proofing. Pay close attention to all the seams when applying the neatsfoot oil and waterproofing. When sizing and ordering you might want to size up to the next larger size if you intend to add an additional liner. The bottomline is Vermont Gloves makes best mittens that I have eve...

So far so good, I wish I would have done the measurements of my hand prior to buying the gloves but they definitely broke in with ease from the work I do and they feel great, very comfortable. Water proofing them wasn’t a hassle, coated them a few times with the beeswax and baked them, no issues with that so far. I’m hoping the last a while. I wonder if adding extra leather to specific wear spots is something Vermont gloves may consider in the future….? Kinda like boot resoles or repairs. Great ...

Just got the vermonter gloves today and they're the best I've had. I used to cycle through $8 wells lamont gloves they were okay and honestly exceeded expectations for the price but these are on another level. If you want serious protection and comfort, VG is it. They even did a little customization to help me pack these gloves on my rucks better. Totally worth the extra money.
