Pictured are roasted chicken wings that are rubbed in #greensalt. This is my first recipe using this product however I am no stranger to wings. I found the briny, ocean flavor of the green salt works really well with Asian sauce recipes and for brining seafood and light meats. I eat #lowsodium for my heart health, and highly recommend adding #greensalt to your repertoire!

I have high blood pressure so anything I can use to cut my sodium intake is welcome. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and I like it. It works. Its not as salty as regular salt but its a great alternative. I will keep using it and plan to order more once this packet runs out.

Although it doesn't taste exactly like regular salt we believe it's a great substitute with half the sodium. It's just a matter of time in getting used to it. Great product

I use this product green salt. For the first time for Thanksgiving. I felt so confident that my Blood Pressure was not gonna rise and guess what it didn't. This product is awesome. Such a great idea, I bought 5 of them , 2 for myself and 3 to go with the Green Salt I bought for Christmas gifts, I like it that much that I’m sharing with family . What a healthy alternative to salt! It is salty so it provides the flavor profile without all the sodium. I’ve been using it as a pretty finishing “salt”. It is definitely a little different - it does have a bit of a “sea” flavor but mild. So glad this company exists to provide mankind more interesting and varied flavor profiles.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my salt shaker. I love the fact that it is biodegradable. I get just the right about of product with one shake and the holes haven't clogged.

I was actually a good bit skeptical about ordering this because I am a salt lover. Once I got the order and open the bag, I was a little bit skeptical because of the slight smell of asparagus but you actually get over that pretty quickly you have to use more than what you would with normal salt but now it doesn’t bother me at all and I really enjoy the fact that I’m not using regular salt anymore and it was well worth the purchase, and I Will be buying it again.

Definitely a umami taste. I like that you don’t have to use much of it to get some saltiness to a dish. This has been very helpful with the water retention I’ve developed since having long Covid.

I love using green salt in my cooking and I highly recommend it to all especially if you are watching your salt intake! I use it in most of my dishes especially in my soups and stews. This is single-handedly the best product to arise in recent times. No it's not an exact salt replacement, it's BETTER than that. It's a seasoning like no other. Yes it's salty but with the slightest oceanic essence. It's fantastic on vegetables and popcorn. Honestly though, I'd eat teaspoons of it by itself. That's how good it is. Really like this salt product. It is very salty to taste but doesn’t overwhelm your tastebuds. The product tastes great on everything. Popcorn, baked potatoes, meats, fish, cottage cheese etc. The only time I would not use this instead of salt is if the green flecks would detract from the food item.

Did a little test comparing the green salt to kosher salt on sous vide steaks. Pretty close in flavor, although the kosher salt seems to penetrate a bit more. Definitely worth doing more experiments.

Green salt now sits with my daily cooking spices. Just used in chicken noodle soup on a cold and foggy day. Yummy! We don't use much salt for health reasons but miss it in some foods. Great new product!

It's very tasty. I would give it all the stars except for two things. 1. It is expensive. But, how can it not be? To grow, dehydrate and powder a vegetable and do it all organically - that's costs. It's a fair price. But 2. because it's precious it's difficult to know how best to dispense it, it's just loose in a bag, not sure how best to conservatively sprinkle the product on my food. I do enjoy the salty flavor with half the sodium and recommend it.
