I saw this advertised and knew that I needed it. I haven’t used it a lot yet. I eat WFPB and also have high BP, so need to limit sodium without losing flavor. So far have tried it on avocado toast and corn chowder. Note: in the pictures of 2 of my hand made pots, the green salt is in the bigger pot!

When I received it , of course I licked it right off my hand! That way I could detect that slight “oceany “ taste-not at all unpleasant! Otherwise that flavor is fairly undetectable and I just use it like any other salt and have been very happy with it. I have not used it for baking or any desserts and probably won’t as it is fairly pricey and with any luck I won’t be eating a large quantity of sweets, anyway. There is a learning curve to how much to use. I suspect I may like it more and more as I figure out how much gets me a salty flavor without the seaweed umami and how much to use when I want the umami. Very happy to have a salt substitute that is salty! No more everything bagels with salt now that I have a better option.

Both my husband and sister has hypertension so I started using Green Salt whenever the recipe called for salt. My husband didn't notice any difference. So I sent a bag to my sister and she said she tried it on her eggs this morning and it was good!

I like to use green salt because, it gives my food the flavor of salt without using salt that has a lot of sodium in it . I will say, that I have to shake more of it on my food, to get the result that I’m trying too achieve.

I lost a Kidney to cancer 5 years ago, and it is imperative that I keep my blood pressure normal and limit salt. This product has saved my cooking and added flavor back to my low sodium recipes! The bag lasts a long time- I am slowly using a bit more of the green salt (I am careful with any salt). This is a far better option than any potassium laden salt substitute- it tastes better too! I will be ordering it again!

I can’t thank you all enough for Green Salt. It tastes so so good and I love it. I’m vegetarian with quite a few health problems at the age of 63 years old. So I've joined the ranks of people trying to lower their blood pressure through less salt intake. I LOVE SALT! So, I gave green salt a try and am very pleased with the flavor. You can add A LOT to your meal and it's still less than regular salt. I use it more for a finishing salt than a cooking salt. Going to tell my cardiologist about it at my next appointment.

I was amazed on well this salt tasted. I have been using a hummolaian salt for years. I can tell the difference in flavor between thevtwo. I really like the flavor in Green Salt. The only ussyenis that it is a little higher in sodium. But tge flavor is great.

I love this salt. I add it to everything from my morning eggs to my home made salad dressings. The smell is a bit vegetative but doesn't transfer to the taste. I'm a bit of a saltaholic so having a low sodium version that doesn't taste weird is huge.

I use Green Salt on almost everything. It's especially good on salmon. I use it on all vegetables and on baked potatoes. I only use it after the food is cooked so as not to lose any nutrients. Love it.

I was skeptical about trying the Green Salt however I am extremely glad I did! I have used it on steaks, pork chops, chicken, & veggies. I even tried it as a topping on focaccia bread! It baked well, tastes earthy, and super salty! It did take some time to get accustomed to the earthiness of the Green Salt. I am using much less regular salt since incorporating Green Salt into my diet. Will purchase again!

When I got my sample I put some one the end of my finger,tasted it and let it hydrate. You can taste the beans and it isn't real salty. I love the fact of how nutritious it is & the low sodium count. I will use it as a finishing salt which is what I did the other evening on a piece of fresh corn. Roasted brussel sprouts will be great too. I am sharing my sample with a friend. I can't wait to hear what she has to say.

I really missed salt- trying a lower sodium diet- but I LOVE Green Salt! It tastes great- way better than the salt free spice blends alternatives. And it has that saltiness that I missed. With WAY less sodium. Only thing to consider is that if you live I. A humid climate like I do, keep it in a covered shaker and perhaps add some uncooked rice to keep it dry and shakable.

Good product. Delicious salty flavor, combines well with most things. Note, it is not sodium free. It's just LOWER in sodium than actual salt. So don't go crazy with it!
