I have CKD, (chronic kidney disease), so getting less salt in my diet is extremely important. I asked my doctor would this be ok to take and not hurt my kidneys. He approved and I use it when salt is needed. Not processed foods since so much salt is already in that. But vegetables, stews, soups, meats, etc. I cannot taste the difference in flavor when using Green Salt. You get the flavor salt gives but 50% less sodium than regular salt. I couldn’t be happier.
