I like to use green salt because, it gives my food the flavor of salt without using salt that has a lot of sodium in it . I will say, that I have to shake more of it on my food, to get the result that I’m trying too achieve.

My grandsons like the taste of salt and use more than one should. Someone told me about Green Salt. I ordered a bag and the grandsons loved it. My friends who were trying to use less sodium but hated the taste of the food without salt wanted to try Green Salt so I made up small packets for them to try. They loved the taste! Because they don’t use the internet I ordered Green Salt for my friends.

This is the perfect salt substitute. Great earthy taste, mixes well with other herbs, we use it on everything instead of standard salt. Perfect for my low salt food intake changes. I was actually pretty hesitant about using it on everything. But there’s nothing that I don’t use the green salt with. And I’m using half the amount of Green Salt that I would use of regular salt! I am absolutely delighted. Are use it with my omelettes on my meat dishes, absolutely everything!

This is an awesome product. We have been using it for salting food and in baking. We are on a salt restricted diet and the past 6 months, food has been pretty tasteless and bland. The Green Salt has made a difference, where the food may be less salty but definitely has taste. Thank you!

Delicious and lasts a long time. I find it best used on vegetables and fish after they are cooked so the flavor isn’t lost or diluted.

I lost a Kidney to cancer 5 years ago, and it is imperative that I keep my blood pressure normal and limit salt. This product has saved my cooking and added flavor back to my low sodium recipes! The bag lasts a long time- I am slowly using a bit more of the green salt (I am careful with any salt). This is a far better option than any potassium laden salt substitute- it tastes better too! I will be ordering it again!

I took a chance in Green Salt and am glad I did. My husband has high blood pressure and I'm sensitive to high sodium foods. I was so sick of undersalted and bland food so I thought I'd try it. I was afraid to use too much but without the sodium, I could use more than regular salt! Now I know how much to use and we finally have tasty food! This summer we were able to enjoy tomatoes and corn again with a salty flavor and no fear of too much sodium!

I can’t thank you all enough for Green Salt. It tastes so so good and I love it. I’m vegetarian with quite a few health problems at the age of 63 years old. I use the salt in everything and it enhances the flavor of the food amazingly. I love roasting vegetables with the all purpose powder and it tastes great, too. We weren’t sure when we ordered this Green Salt if we would be able to put up with the taste to reap the benefits of less sodium use. We love it! Sprinkled on eggs is the only time we notice it’s not just regular salt. (Green specks, ha) We don’t notice any flavor difference in cooked dishes or salads etc. I think I would miss it if I didn’t have it. I ordered these because I wanted to put the green salt on my table and have it easily accessible. once i figured out how to fill it (duh...if you read the instructions, its easy!).. it does allow the salt to come out fast, so pay attention. Being biodegradable is a super plus to me!

Used in a couple of recipes. In the first, I just added the same volume as the recipe called for in salt. Was a little less salty than what I'd consider optimal but not so much that I resorted to sprinkling a little salt on the meal. Tried again and doubled the volume (2x salt volume that was specified in the recipe) and could not tell the difference. I like it - will purchase again.

the salt has a good taste and is wonderful, but a friend tried to cook with it and it changes the taste to alfalfa. so it seems it must be used after cooking just to salt with. any thoughts?

As soon as my bag of Green Salt arrived I tossed out all of the salt in our house. As you can see our salt shaker in now filled with Green Salt. So far I have used it anywhere I would previously have used salt: Baking, cooking, at the table. The green color is a little weird in certain instances, but doesn't bother me. I am happy to have found your product! The taste is "earthy salty", not bad at all!

Previously, I had way too much sodium in my water. Now that I am filtering it with an R.O. unit I am glad to find a lower salt product to use in cooking. Tonight's spaghetti wouldn't have been as tasty without the Green Salt.

It does taste salt-ish, and is best used as a table seasoning on warm vegetables. (Not so much popcorn or a baked potato 🤷🏼‍♀️) Nice addition to my low sodium arsenal.

I love my Green Salt! So does my husband. After 2 weeks, we've gotten completely off regular salt. My only issue is that I'm tempted to use too much... Must remind myself that it still has 1/2 the sodium ( plus nutritional value obviously)... and to not overdo. It's good stuff! I recommend it💚

Green Salt has a very salty taste with savory backgrounds. Absolutely fantastic on hard boiled eggs. Savory flavor seems to fade in cooked foods. One thing I find a bit odd is it is a very fine powder. IMHO, Need a spice spoon or shaker to use. Pinching does not work well. Regardless, will buy it again.
