Green salt has been a great addition to our kitchen! We are trying to lower our sodium intake, but don't want to go without the flavor. Green Salt has been great on everything we've tried, so far. I love it on eggs at breakfast, and it is delicious on avocado, too. Looking forward to trying out the recipes from the free Green Salt cook book, too!

I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and am pretty healthy. In spite of this, my doctor has been telling me to eat less salt as it causes inflammation. I've tried several different salt substitutes and haven't liked the taste. I tried green salt and it tastes good! I have a shaker of green salt at home and also at work for my Health home-packed lunches!

This is my second order. I love it. I use it for all my cooking and baking needs. Its taste is a little more subtle than regular salt but you can add more to get more salt flavor. I am watching my blood pressure and this really helps. I don’t see myself going back to regular salt again.

I was a little hesitant because I was unsure about what "umami" is. When told that the green salt has a bit of a seaweed smell I was still more hesitant, but I went ahead and ordered the sample. It does have a smell, but getting past that, I really like it, knowing its benefits and the low sodium. I really appreciate that it is natural, tasty, and a way I can both enjoy my food AND reduce my sodium so I can get healthy. Just ordered two full bags.

I used the green salt on homemade garlic bread and w/herbs on roasted veggies and turkey sausage. It was delicious. Also been using it on my omelets on the weekends. No complaints here!

Bought one for my mom and she absolutely loves it! She is a kidney transplant patient. She has to have a low sodium diet. This makes her feel as if she is not missing out on not having all of the salt she would love to have! Thank you so much!

This salt alternative is amazing!! So very salty and the slight umami taste to it is really nice and compliments a lot of flavors in my dishes! It is a very fine almost powder, so if you use it in a shaker add some grains of dry rice to the shaker as well to help you not over salt, works like a charm!

I have high blood pressure so when I saw an ad for Green Salt I knew I had to try it. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, as I’d never heard of salicornia, but it’s very good. When I saw the powdery consistency, I wasn’t sure I would like the Green Salt. However, it shakes out well from a salt shaker, tastes great, and I’m so happy that it reduces sodium intake particularly for my husband who must control his sodium. Plenty of flavor without bland food!

I put it in shaker and use in place of salt. I had already tapered off salt significantly which helped my taste buds adjust. Green salt got me off regular rock salt completely. It tastes good and satisfies.

We love this salt. Have used pink Himalayan salt for several years and understand that some may want a choice, so next to that is our Green Salt (shown with the yellow arrow pointing to it). I love sea vegetables and seaweed, but I was pleasantly surprised when I spri kled the green salt on a number of dishes and there was no seaweed ir fishy taste. And I love the little green salt shakers! Got 2- one for my daughter too. Oh, and btw, I had oysters on the half shell yesterday and added a sprinkle of green salt. Yum!!!

I love Green Salt! It is delicious. I can now eat popcorn and enjoy it without worrying about my blood pressure. (It's especially good when paired with nutritional yeast!) I also use it on vegetables, and no matter how much I use, my blood pressure never rises. I'm sold!

We love it, seasoning lightly salty, a little sea weedy and taste greenish, use on lots of things, especially salads, eggs, veggies and chicken. It is very fine not granulated and we use it in a salt shaker.

I have hypertension and try to avoid using too much salt, so Green Salt is a good alternative for me. I love the taste of Green Salt (which has a faint umami/seaweed taste, as well as saltiness) on lots of foods, and I particularly like it on eggs.

I seasoned today's meal with green salt. Delicious! My cholesterol has gone from abnormal to normal with Green Salt. No exaggeration. I don't use table salt; I only use table salt to make oatmeal and other hot cereal dishes. When you have it in white, I'll use green salt. Thank you!

I first ordered a sample, and then after a couple of days using it we were very happy to purchase a full bag. My husband likes it especially on his vegetables and I agree. It deserves its own salt box for easy access. It's worth adding to your seasoning cabinet.

As a marine biologist, now retired, I spent many great teaching moments on beaches among the “pickle plant”, the southeastern label for salicornia. I asked students to draw it and taste it and always brought some home to add to my salads. Love how the scent always takes me back to the ocean.

The sea beans (salicornia) were delicious. They kept well in the fridge. I do wish they came frozen in smaller packages so I could store and use them sparingly. While they were a great addition to my dishes, I might not purchase these again due to the cost unless it is a special occasion.

I grew up picking & eating samphire on the North Norfolk coast England. I was so happy to be able to have it shipped and arriving fresh to Houston Texas. I boil it and then eat with malt or apple cider vinegar.

Husband just diagnosed with high blood pressure. He is very fit and we eat pretty healthy. Wanted to replace the salt in our food lifestyle a d this seems to be working great. Only 2 weeks in using it but I am using it to season our food and we don’t notice any difference in taste. Happy customer.

I bought this mostly out of curiosity as I don’t need to watch my salt intake, but many friends do. I wanted to try it before sharing it in case it was awful. Glad I bought 2 bags because I love it! Its just the right amount of salty w/ umami taste. Great on salads, sandwiches, eggs. I may just have to keep both bags!!

We absolutely love this salt! I got it because I’m trying to reduce my blood pressure and have been sensitive to salt and since I’ve been using it I am completely off my blood pressure meds. My daughter who has a degree in nutrition is now using it and can’t believe how easy it is to cook with and season food.

We keep a shaker of this at the dinner table. My son, who loves seaweed snacks, absolutely loves this green salt. I used it for making vegetable broth, and it might be one if the best vegetable broths I’ve ever made. Also, customer service is prompt and super helpful.

Green Salt is truly amazing. I had doubts when I made the sample purchase. Wow I was blown away. I incorporated into my seasoning blend and removed the salt. It is fabulous on meats, stews, soups, gumbo etc. Use as finishing salt on scrambled eggs unless you like green eggs lol. The plain green Salt is also fabulous on green vegetables. The only negative comment I can make about it is the price.
