Delicious!!! 😋. I love the flavor. It doesn’t burn my mouth like regular salt does. I can taste the difference. You don’t need a lot, so I sprinkle some on my food at the table. Then I found your salt shakers. I already bought some to bring home to Jamaica with me. My health conscious Mom and Uncle will love it.

Recently tried green salt on twice baked potatoes and was throughly impressed creating a different umami flavor that really enhanced the combination of the applewood smoked bacon, crème fraiche and bourbon cheddar cheese!

Green salt is really helping me cut my sodium intake. I filled a spice bottle with it several weeks ago and have been using it daily. I am surprised at how long this one jar has lasted - it is still half-full, and lots left in the bag to go. We are enjoying it, and I have recommended it to my friends.

I use my green salt to finish all my dishes to preserve the natural enzymes I do not use it with heat. 50% less sodium by weight and 75% less sodium by volume the flavor is very pleasing and I feel good about it!!! Btw this is a vegan omelette made from homemade mung bean batter.

We are New to a low sodium diet and have been looking for a tasty salt substitute that actually taste like salt… and this is it! It helps with reducing sodium and is Very good! I’m so glad our cardiac nurse recommended it! We’ve bought 10 different “ salt substitutes” they have flavor like peppers or herbs, however, they do not taste like salt. I’m so happy to have found this product!

Every now and then, we try something new and it’s better than we’d hoped. I expect to be using green salt from here on out. One of my favorites is avocado toast with slivered onions, balsamic reduction and this Everything Blend on top, sheer bliss. Also, popcorn has never tasted better!

This stuff is delicious..it has a slight green/umami flavor that works with savory foods really well..I just had it on popcorn! Yum. I also cook with it, and it works fine, so great at the table and great for cooking with!

Great unique flavor with the benefit of a plant based with low sodium properties. A definite must for all cooks to add to their salt arsenal. Goes well with Evoo on salad, popcorn and many vegetables. It's wonderful on poached and deviled eggs. I'm thrilled with this unique salt. It compliments my need for great taste while managing my blood pressure. I also tried the fresh, but due to delivery time and weather much of it arrived very wet. I savaged some for a stir fry which we enjoyed.

It came quickly. It is tasty, but not overwhelming, and I like it because it is not so strongly salty as regular salt when I sprinkle it on food, like raw vegetables and eggs.

I love that I am not using high sodium salts in my cooking. I am a vegetarian and this salt is a great addition to my savory recipes. It comes with so many more nutrients than high sodium salts and I have the benefit of lower sodium. I cannot recommend this salt enough.

Well, I didn’t expect much but I wanted to try this alternative to cut a little sodium out of my diet before it actually causes a problem. Specially, since my Calcium is low and high sodium levels “delete” dietary calcium out of your body and make your body pull it from your bones ect.. The green salt is in the rabbit shaker and we keep it right next to the stove because we use it all the time. It has a great flavor. I first heard about Salicornia on a kayak trip in MD where we found some in a marsh. Happy to see it in this form so it can easily be sprinkled on our food.

I love it. It taste like salt and then has a bit of extra oomph. It’s a nice umami flavor. It’s not harsh. A little goes a long way. It looks pretty as a garnish. I love to put salt on my hot milk maple syrup lattes. This green gives it a nice “matcha” vibe.

We love our green salt! My wife is minimizing sodium intake, and I saw an add for green salt. I am so glad we gave it a try! The flavor is a satisfying mellow saltiness with herby umami notes. SO good. My favorite application so far is on popcorn and kale chips, where the flavor really shines. YUM! I am hoping that the price will become more affordable as your product becomes more popular. Cost is the only downside for us. Keep up the good work!

Green salt or salicin has been a great addition in out kitchen and it has taken the place of salt. I’m sos free and the rest of my families use salt very sparingly . I was skeptical that I would find green salt to be a good substitute. I was surprised that it wasn’t like all the others that I had tried and disliked.
