Every now and then, we try something new and it’s better than we’d hoped. I expect to be using green salt from here on out. One of my favorites is avocado toast with slivered onions, balsamic reduction and this Everything Blend on top, sheer bliss. Also, popcorn has never tasted better!

This stuff is delicious..it has a slight green/umami flavor that works with savory foods really well..I just had it on popcorn! Yum. I also cook with it, and it works fine, so great at the table and great for cooking with!

Great unique flavor with the benefit of a plant based with low sodium properties. A definite must for all cooks to add to their salt arsenal. Goes well with Evoo on salad, popcorn and many vegetables. It's wonderful on poached and deviled eggs. I'm thrilled with this unique salt. It compliments my need for great taste while managing my blood pressure. I also tried the fresh, but due to delivery time and weather much of it arrived very wet. I savaged some for a stir fry which we enjoyed.

It tastes like salt. That is worth repeating. IT TASTES LIKE SALT! I have been told to cut my salt for years. I have tried all sorts of substitutes. My cardiologist pointed out that most of the substitutes are often potassium based or use another kind of sodium. Basically not helping things. It came quickly. It is tasty, but not overwhelming, and I like it because it is not so strongly salty as regular salt when I sprinkle it on food, like raw vegetables and eggs.

Love using this salt, my husband has high blood pressure and limits his use of salt in our food. But we love the salty taste in food so when i came upon this salt i was happy. It taste salty, and i put it on almost everything! With half the sodium we both can enjoy our salty foods.

I love green salt! Took a bit to get used to the smell (smells like seaweed) but the taste is Devine!!! A friend was over last night , tried it, fell in love, and ordered some today!!! I love that I am not using high sodium salts in my cooking. I am a vegetarian and this salt is a great addition to my savory recipes. It comes with so many more nutrients than high sodium salts and I have the benefit of lower sodium. I cannot recommend this salt enough.

Well, I didn’t expect much but I wanted to try this alternative to cut a little sodium out of my diet before it actually causes a problem. Specially, since my Calcium is low and high sodium levels “delete” dietary calcium out of your body and make your body pull it from your bones ect.. I really like it, wished though the price was a little better for the small amount you are getting, but oh well

The green salt is in the rabbit shaker and we keep it right next to the stove because we use it all the time. It has a great flavor. I first heard about Salicornia on a kayak trip in MD where we found some in a marsh. Happy to see it in this form so it can easily be sprinkled on our food.

I love it. It taste like salt and then has a bit of extra oomph. It’s a nice umami flavor. It’s not harsh. A little goes a long way. It looks pretty as a garnish. I love to put salt on my hot milk maple syrup lattes. This green gives it a nice “matcha” vibe.

We love our green salt! My wife is minimizing sodium intake, and I saw an add for green salt. I am so glad we gave it a try! The flavor is a satisfying mellow saltiness with herby umami notes. SO good. My favorite application so far is on popcorn and kale chips, where the flavor really shines. YUM! I am hoping that the price will become more affordable as your product becomes more popular. Cost is the only downside for us. Keep up the good work!

I love the way Green Salt tastes and I am using it happily. I was surprised that it has so much flavor and adds interest to veggie dishes. It is nice on buttered crackers or sprinkled on rice with sesame seeds. A million ways to use it! I will buy again.

I really love this product. It’s weird, I see the green color…but the taste is just great on savory dishes. This salt alternative is awesome! I have tried other alternatives and was always disappointed. When I use Green Salt, it takes like real salt with less sodium which is important for my health! I've absolutely fallen in love with Green Salt! It's definitely salty, but it also has its own subtle but wonderful flavor as well. It's gone great with everything I've made with it so far. Green salt or salicin has been a great addition in out kitchen and it has taken the place of salt. I’m sos free and the rest of my families use salt very sparingly . Since the umami taste is so good , it didn’t need any adaptations therefore I substitute that for salt and an So glad to be introduced to it in one of chef AJ’s program.

I was skeptical that I would find green salt to be a good substitute. I was surprised that it wasn’t like all the others that I had tried and disliked. Unfortunately, I was using too much salt considering my high blood pressure. I’m happy this comes close, but I’ll be using sparingly as it is on the pricey side.

This is Pickleweed in Novato CA, at Hamilton Field, acres of it growing wild. I just had some for lunch, diced in a chicken sandwich, and puréed with V-8 juice. There is also a Pickleweed Park in San Rafael, next to similar marshland next to San Francisco bay.

I keep Green Salt on my RV. Store it in a tin so that I always have healthy seasonings on board! Love the taste, it blends well into whatever I am cooking. AND I can eat Green Eggs and Ham :)
