The green salt is fab.I do not put it in hot dishes during the cooking process, I sprinkle on the individual servings. It holds its flavor better and is delisch.

I ordered Green Salt out of curiosity - not for health reasons or anything like that. First impression with just a taste on my finger, I was surprised at just how salty it is. It has a smell of its own, not unpleasant but unique. The aftertaste is also unique and does not go well with some of the recipes I frequently use because it actually changes or overpowers the balance of flavors that I preferred when I created the recipes. Where I truly love it most is as a replacement for salt on popcorn....

In the past, I have found salt 'substitutes" unpalatable, truly nasty. While this Green Salt looks like ground seaweed, it is scrumpscious. Yes, it adds "salt" flavor, but it also adds something else, really improving flavor. I have used it on meat and veggies with excellent result. I will be buying more, both for me and friends and relatives that might need to reduce their salt consumption. Excellent product!

Always on the look out for ways to lower the sodium intake. Found this online and worried about the umami flavor but figured it was worth a try. I love it. I do not get a strong salt taste or umami taste. It just makes the food taste good without adding salt. I have put it on vegetables, potato's and steak so far. Works on all of them.

Wow! Green salt is all the hype and more! It provides all the savory that I need, and I love knowing that it has less sodium than traditional table salt. I love it on roasted veggies, and on raw tomato slices. So happy to have found it!

Better than I even dreamed! Need to reduce my salt consumption but LOVE salt- can't even believe this alternative has so much less sodium that regular table salt. Even my 11 and 14 year olds love it! Tried it on popcorn and couldn’t tell the different between regular salt and greens salt. I’d say it might even be better because it’s more of a powder than typical granular salt. Delicious!

I even like the umami like taste and find it a wonderful flavor enhancer. It took me no time to get used to it. I recommend people trying it. They can start with the sample size as I did.
