My Dad and I, both heart patients, love Green Salt! We use it exclusively now. It adds a pleasant bit of salt flavor along with an umami flavor that is far better than table salt. And with so much less sodium, it's a no brainer!!!

I've been adding small amounts to omelettes, for a week, and today, when I cooked quinoa, I added 1/8 of a teaspoon; the flavour is very mild and my partner hasn't noticed that I substituted the green salt for some of the himalayan salt in the food.

I just made my normal salad dressing, EVOO, 2 types of vinegar, dijon mustard, diced shallots cracked pepper and instead of salt I used the green salt. I was pleasantly surprised by the umami flavor it imparted. No need to use regular salt with this delicious plant alternative.

I read about Green Salt in Ana online article and decided to try it. So far I’ve only used it on popcorn but it was super! I didn’t need much and it was delicious. I absolutely love the green salt. I’m putting it on everything. It makes vegetables taste better than anything you can imagine with a delicious umami flavor. I got this mainly for my dad who's on a low sodium diet, and he's responded well to it, after avoiding all salt completely. The tangy slightly-seaweed/umami flavor goes well with whatever I cook. Now i've been using it INSTEAD of Himalayan pink. Go grren!!

Bought this on a whim and have been pleasantly surprised by how much it improves the taste of just about everything I put it on. I also don't feel bad using more than I would "usual salt", but still less and my flavors are enhanced. So . . . as win / win all the way around. This green salt tastes very good, not as salty as regular white salt. I do need to add more to a dish, but it doesn't take away the flavor of the food, it seems to enhance a variety of items. Eggs taste really great with it sprinkled on, especially boiled eggs. It's best on vegetables.

This stuff is legit and it tastes better than salt to me! I haven't put it in my soup or other cooked stuff yet. I expect it's going to be awesome. But I eat it on everything else that I would normally want salt on. And I have to tell you this stuff is a godsend. With high blood pressure.
