Since I went on a SOS-free (Sugar-Oil-Salt) diet, I have had almost no salt, and when I did have a little, it's always been local sea salt or Himalayan pink salt, which over time has tasted saltier and saltier to me. Thanks to Chef AJ, I learned about Green Salt.
