Its really good! Still trying to find a way to describe the flavor. It has a richness and depth about it, more than just salt. Taste like there is a lot more seasoning than just the green salt. Its really good.

Very unique product tastes great on pretty much anything...not really a complaint, but it's a little too powdery for certain applications. I'm not sure if it's possible to make it more granular?

Has a great matcha flavor and lends itself well to vegetables and fish dishes. I also used it to season some Japanese stir fry. Great stuff, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered Green Salt because I knew I had to cut down on my salt intake. I salt everything. Green Salt sounded like a solution to my salt habit. I'm not disappointed. There is a slight aftertaste, but nothing lasting or overbearing. It does the job though. I get a salt taste and that's the goal. If you have to restrict your salt intake, I would recommend Green Salt.

Hmmmm. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was surprised just the same! It’s is powdery and green! Maybe I just pay attention to all the details, but it is green powder! However, it is very salt flavored with a hint of sea flavor. I’ve used it on raw veggies and broths, so far. It’s good! I love the less sodium factor!

My family really loves this stuff. It tastes good, and you feel good about putting positive things in while lowering salt intake. We have pretty much replaced our usual salt - which wasn’t a lot - with this. It is excellent on vegetables and boiled eggs. Thanks for a great product!

I like this very much. I normally do salt my food but I have found this allows me to flavor what I am cooking without feeling guilty. My husband has found that he likes it too. I also gave some to a friend that is vegan and appreciated adding it to her spice rack as well.

It’s tasty and helps me cut back on my salt intake. Due to the fine quality of the green salt it might be nice to ship it in a shaker container if possible. Overall it’s a fine product!

This a great salt substitute; as I use it on the same things that I previously used salt, I find that I am using less and less so this is an easy way to cut back on salt. It also can add a very subtle vegetal flavor which is delicious.

I bought this to help me decrease my salt intake. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste! It definitely has a salty flavor in a pretty green color! Looks a little odd on corn, but taste good! I went ahead and bought a salt shaker for it and keep it on the counter. Haven’t tried using it in cooking yet but I’m going to try it out! It is very light and powdery, so instead of salt granules you have green salt powder. Not a big deal at all! Love it!

So far, I'm really like this salt. I was afraid before getting it that it might just taste like powdered kelp or something -- like a rather fishy taste. But it doesn't taste like that at all! The combination of minerals in this salt contribute to an overall satisfyingly salty and umami flavor without so much total sodium. I'm happy with this product, and look forward to exploring using it in more recipes to come. Thank you!

Has a great salt flavor with some depth. Can't put a finger on the extra flavor but delicious. Getting used to salting solid food and liquids with a green powder versus granular salt has a slight learning curve but it's hard to go wrong. Blood pressure will undoubtedly get lower as I reduce my salt intake.

I have high blood pressure and this is such an incredible alternative to salt. It does have a slightly different flavor profile than regular salt but it’s actually preferable to regular salt. It’s worth every cent and I finally feel good about salting my food again

I am a salt fiend! I've tried other seaweed-based salt alternatives and did NOT like them at all. This green salt is amazing. I love it so much and put it in all of my cooking for my family. I love this stuff! I love the taste of seaweed though, so your mileage may vary. It adds a delicious umami flavor to broths and vegetables. I wasn't expecting it to be so powdery though, so it can get airborne very easily.
