It took me a few days to get used to cooking, baking with it....only because it is different! It is a powder, not granular, and the "saltiness" is different.....I use more to get the taste I like. I have used it in baking bread, pancakes, etc, scrambled eggs, vegetables etc. In other words, I have shifted to using it exclusively.
I really like it, and am glad to leave table salt behind!
