I ordered two bags, they look awesome, installation was easy and feels firm and secure. Unfortunately one of the bags arrived the the button snap for the long secruing strap broken, which felt surprising given the feeling of quality of the rest of the bag. I plan on popping to a local shoe shop to try and get it fixed, but haven't been brave enough to use it in the meantime incase the strap comes loose and gets stuck in my chain.

Boots are nice and feel great. But Trip Machine Co. should make it more clear during the checkout process that customers need to pay custom fees. I spent 100 euros on top of the already expensive boots just to get them delivered. Unfortunately, not much effort was made into ensuring that I remain an active customer with them.

I ordered four bags total. The first two arrived and were pretty good although I lost one while riding. I ordered two more as gifts. They never arrived. I contacted DHL. They used a subcontractor who could not verify delivery. They said they would pay Trip Machine if Trip Machine would put in a claim. I contacted Trip Machine. Vague non-answer.
