My husband thought it a bit silly when my tin arrived, however, after several weeks, he asked me not to read the first letter when it arrived without him! We even purchased a special letter opener so we wouldn't ruin the envelope. When the first letter arrived, we read it excitedly and look forward to all the letters to come telling the story of Charlie and Audrey Rose. What a great idea you guys came up with!

The customer service for this company is excellent. We had a slight mixup with the first letter because I was hoping to surprise my Mom. Unfortunately, she thought it was junk mail because it arrived on Wednesday, which is apparently the day all advertisements arrive where she lives. Who knew! Unfortunately she threw it out without opening the letter. Another one was promptly sent out once The Flower Letters customer service was contacted. Thank you so much for your prompt response!

I love the tin and so do the 3 family members I gifted it to. It is a great place to store the letter and all of the little pictures, postcards, maps, recipes, tickets, and more that come with each letter. We like to be able to reread letters in order to remind ourselves what happened as we read the newest letters. The numbers on the envelopes really help and the tin is a great place to keep everything. It is pretty enough to have out on my piano.
