The product is exactly as described. My husband loves it and it's much more comfortable for our 20 pound 10 month old than the traditional carriers. I like it. I thought it would be easier on my back and distribute weight better, I guess it does but not enough to make a huge difference for me compared to typical carriers. Love that it helps hold the weight of my very heavy baby. He falls asleep in it and that’s a huge plus. Don’t like that I can’t breastfeed while wearing baby because straps are in the way. Plus my back still hurts after wearing this, but it’s better than most other carriers in price range.

One of the snaps holding the hip carrier and the carrier together came broken. After reaching out to customer service a couple times, with no response. I want to live the carrier. I haven’t used it due to the safety concerns of the snap not holding baby securely. Bummed about the money spent on the carrier and after trying to contact customer service with no response I can’t recommend this product.

I love the product. My son sits very well in it. I would definitively give a 5 start if it came with a storage bag. When I transport it or get to a place and take him off, it is difficult to have to fold it and kept it in a way that the straps don't touch anything, since it is a part the baby can potentially chew on. Also, the new magnetic buckle lock system is fantastic and much easier than ALL of the other brands I tried.

Love this!! Traveled with my 4 months with and using this while on layovers and getting to the connecting flights was so smooth. My daughter loved it since she enjoys seeing all the commotion instead of being in her car seat. Personally zipped off the top part and just held her back. I like this wrap a lot. The main reason i like it is because it has the seat since my baby doesn't like to feel squished. This is great for walks and when you're out and about. I also love all of the pockets. The only downside is that it's bulky.

Love that it is a carrier but can easily be taken apart to be a hip carrier! I do wish the velcro part was a little bigger as I just had a baby- it fits but I would like the option to wear it lower. I know there is an extension that can be purchased but this should be standard (in my opinion). Husband loves how easy the hip carrier is and how much weight it takes of the baby. Overall wonderful experience and I do recommend it as it is very versatile ♡

The carrier is amazing for the most part but the adjustable shoulder straps won't stay tight so if we didn't have the clips on then it would loosen all the way and he would fall out so that really sucks but other than that it's amazing!

This is definitely the most comfortable baby carrier I’ve tried. (Among many wrap and carrier style.) Great support and the crossing shoulder straps dont rub awkwardly under my armpits like the others I tried. Love the storage too! The only downsides I’ve found: I wish there were more colors to choose from and the accent fabric wasnt white—white at the leg and mouth areas doesnt make much sense with babies 😬. Overall great buy!

Perhaps I was not informed Well before my purchase but I was actually dissapointed to learn that I cannot carry my 3 month old son but only use bottom support around my waist. The Full function od the carrier is only from 6 months onwards. So I need to Wait 3 more months before updating my Review. Other than that quality of design and material is excellent.

We really like it, a lot. Use it regularly. But first use a button just fell off.. so probably not worth *quality wise* the price I paid.. but still gets lots of use. I suppose that makes it worth it. Nothing else has broken/ fell apart, yet.
