This product is garbage. I have had nothing but bad experiences with it since I bought it. When I took it out of the box, one of the clips was broken. I contacted Honeyroot three times with no response. If I was you, I would buy something else. This product is trash and the company sells. It isn't much better.

I’ve tried many carriers and my son hated them all. He didn’t hate this carrier but I did. I could only carry him for about a half hour and my back/shoulders were killing me. The straps that cross in the back need more padding because they were digging into my sides. I tried using just the seat part and it was very uncomfortable as well.

I purchased this carrier because I was having trouble with other carriers putting too much pressure on my back. This carrier helped alleviate that pain! The weight was much more evenly distributed. This is a quality made product and I am impressed with the design and all of the storage compartments. I have a three month old and a two year old. I dont like it for smaller children so I use my ergobaby for the 3 month old. My toddler loved it during our vacation. One of the magnetic clips somehow bent so it doesn't safely clip so I can't just it as a carrier anymore, I can only use the hip seat on its own. A shame since it's practically new. I sent out an email to them via this website and through Instagram to see about a replacement clip and no one got back to me.
