This is a great product. Unfortunately I am returning it. The baby carrier portion is fantastic. By far the most comfortable wearing for both me and my son. It doesn’t pull on my shoulders or hips like other carriers. The problem is when I just use the hip seat (without the carrier portion) it really digs into my hip no matter how high or tight I put the waist belt. I LOVE this carrier except for one thing. The regular belt around the waist fits me but the padding piece does not. I would make due with that but they have the picky part of the Velcro facing in, which means any part not completely velcroed causes snags in the clothes. So I bought the extender piece which has to much addition (as I am perfectly smack to big and to small) so it has extra length just hanging loose or I still have Velcro ruining my clothes. Idk what to do because it works so well....

I really liked the structure and fit of this carrier except for that I found the straps to be a bit uncomfortable for extended walking, and I do a lot of that with my son. My babe seemed pretty happy in it and seemed to enjoy the “boost” the seat provided. I think it would be a great fit for anyone who is looking for a simple carrier to use.

While the carrier is more comfortable than any other I've tried, we found the new magnetic connections are easy to snap off and when baby is in the carrier it is the first thing she grabs at. If she is on your back and grabs one of the clasps it could come off very easily and she could fall out. We added a second set of straps underneath those that baby can't disconnect. I believe that would be a fairly simple addition to the carrier that would add a lot of additional security for others.

I like how comfortable my baby is while sitting on the roo! the only thing I would change is the lite snap on the chest, it hits my baby's head so I have to put a blanket to protect her from hitting the little latch part on my chest. Either than that, it works well!

Have not had a chance to use the honeyroo yet. Can make a review better as baby grows. I like the looks of it. I did see a mother at a restaurant who had one and loved the way the mother was able to visit with others at the table when she walked around to see other people and the baby was very happy. I am sure this will be a good addition to our grandchild's "wardrobe."

The carrier is nice. It would be great but it came ripped, been trying to get a replacement of some sort, maybe a refund. Not using a ripped carrier for my 4 month old. Not good in customer service/communication. Unimpressed for the amount it costs.

I like the design of the joey carrier a lot. I love that you can fully put on the straps, secure them, and THEN put your child in. This is different than most other carriers that make you put your kid in and then contort in weird ways to buckle or tie things. The magnet clips are awesome and I don't know why other carriers don't use them! I also love that the belt zips off so you can use the seat separately. This is a comfortable, albeit complicated pack. It’s not insurmountable by any means, just a few steps beyond a baby Bjorne to deal with in a grocery store parking lot. It is super functional and my baby loves being able to sit facing forward without putting too much strain on her hips! I would love it more if it was more size inclusive. I'm a size 16 pant and it almost doesn't fit around me and it doesn't fit my husband. The Velcro part is too short, but I can clip it which is why I chose to keep it.
