Both my baby and I and my husband love the carrier. She doesn't cry while in it and enjoys being walked around. She doesn't like many of the other more simpler carriers and fusses when we try to put her in it. My only complaint would be that its bulky making bringing it places a little more difficult. The carrier is very comfortable for me to wear. My baby seems to love it as she loves being carried facing outwards. The only thing I wish was different was that the flap came up higher so if the baby is facing your chest the flap can support their head more for naps and such.
