I ordered a Tree of Life family name for both my husband and I and our daughter and her husband whose last name is very similar to ours. We were sent two signs with our last name. When I contacted Steel Roots about the mistake and offered to send back the one wrong sign. they just corrected the error and sent us the new sign with the right name. The quality and design of these signs is absolutely beautiful and I will definitely order other items from them. I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner personally called us, adjusted the size of the house sign so that it could be shipped to Puerto Rico, and refunded us the difference in price. A great experience and a quality product.

Shipping was off to a rough start during the holidays. But it did make it on Christmas eve. Steel roots shipped items 2day I wasn't sure went it took over 30 days to arrive at my door. However, when it did. The package arrived in very professional labeled packaging and the product was beautifully done. Very clean and great quality. I would recommend steel roots.

It item when delivered was just how I pictured it. It was fantastic. The workmanship, detail, color was great. Now I have to wait for a replacement as the USPS damaged the item while in shipping. Don't know how long this will take, but I know that when the replacement arrives, it will be of the same quality as the first.
