I ordered a monogram sign for my son’s Christmas gift from Steel Roots. It was a complete surprise to him, and he was thrilled with the size and quality. I love the little ornament. It's not as little as I thought but it is a nice size to hang all year around in my granddaughter's room. However, the one thing I am disappointed with is the customer service and their lack of response. I ordered 3 ornaments and only received one. I have contacted customer service twice and have not received any response other than, "we will look into this." The quality was excellent as well as the communication on the stage of construction, updates on the shipping and tracking. The packaging was also executed. I had friends who ordered from another company & their sign was packed between two flat cordbard pieces with real heavy duty staples. that were very difficult to remove. The online order had me spell out the name but was unclear as to whether the word The would precede. Not wanting to have it read The The I left it out and hoped for the best. It was disappointing that I plurals the last name without the word The. Aside from the ordering confusion...it's perfect!

I had to call to order mine and the lady on the phone was very helpful and super nice. She said due to me ordering late, she could not guarantee Christmas delivery but that they would try their hardest, and they arrived BEFORE Christmas. I believe this is a great company that takes pride in their work and product!!
