Love the spoons I have small hands so I find them a little hard to control but Iam getting used to them. I might order the med size and see if they may make a differents but over all they are great and I like the faxed that they are Canadian made keep up the good work and the great quality thanks Dan Vankoughnett.

I bought a medium, black musical spoon for my son and 3 grandsons to try out. They're all pretty musically talented...guitar, piano, beginning sax and voice. Hoping they'll learn how to play the musical spoons too...maybe start a family band...lol Saving it for a Christmas gift, so no pictures included yet. I think they'll love it and will probably have to buy more.

My spoons literally arrived just in time for one of our favorite music festival, The Moonshiners Ball. As we were pulling out of the drive...they arrived in the mail. YAY! The spoons sure got passed around and admired at the festival; all enjoyed. Now I just need to review your instructional videos and learn all that my new percussive instrument can do. Thanks for making a nice product and for getting it mailed out in a timely manner.

I don't play a musical instrument, other than my new spoons. I'm a true beginner. I've been watching many videos and am gaining in proficiency, though I have a long way to go. It's fun! My advice to the people making tutorials is to teach a series of moves paired with music or some beats and please slow down. 😊

I was exposed to the spoons (kitchen variety! ) 55 years ago as a kid and was enraptured, but never played. Now I am having so much fun. These are so easy to play! No struggle adjusting to holding them (I feel positively guilty! ). I just put some music on and play along. It gives me such a lift! And maybe someday I'll be able to make it look and sound good!

Obsessed! Once you learn a few techniques, create a simple beat using a few in repetition. It’s amazing how fast it comes together. These are easy to play and they sound beautiful! I am a small woman and the medium are perfect for me! They are so much fun. Practicing the same beats over and over helped me improve so fast. Buy them!!

Working through the online videos of how to perform the various playing techniques has been great fun - and a real test of my dexterity (or lack thereof. Haha). I love the sound and feel of the spoons - much more pleasant to metal ones I have tried in the past. I can't wait to start playing around with songs once I get the basic techniques established into my muscle memory. Would highly recommend to anyone!! Such a unique instrument and makes for a good 'party trick.' Haha.

These are super cool! I got mine as a birthday present, my partner immediately regretted that decision as I practiced immediately! It may be super annoying to them, but I'm having a blast! The spoons are incredibly springy, and well distanced for striking the points on the top. Highly recommend.

I've tried several other 'spoon' products, but this one just takes the cake. Immediately able to make that satisfying clacking sound, and even more so once viewing one of the many videos. Excellent product, put down that spinny toy and pick up a pair or two of these beauties. Very enjoyable, worth every penny, there's no way you cannot enjoy them.

Many years ago I visited a Sugaring Off event north of Montreal and played the real spoons but wish I had your carved ones. Terrific product! Somehow I ended up seeing (Felix?) playing the spoons in a video clip. It was fun & amazing. I thought I'd give it a go and ordered a size large to try out.
