Seasoned it 5X with canola oil to get it “cast iron black”, the machined polished interior needed that many coast to cover, not like a lesser skillet with a sandcast pebbly finish! Today it did ham and eggs, pancakes, French garlic butter green beans, and pork chops, all to my liking. Cleanup was hot water and a nylon bristle brush.
