This Miyabi 6 inch Gyutou knife is exquisite. Always had decent knives, or so I though…. LOL And the Magnetic easel is great for display and storage as well. Don’t want to hide such true perfection!

Love having the option of refilling my container of soap and saving a little plastic out of the recycling bin. This is a great laundry detergent with a lovely scent. You only pay for the amount of detergent, by weight. A great deal!

Bought this to replace an older KitchenAid hand mixer. Appreciate the much more solid construction, one handed control of speed and on/off. The soft coating on the end of mixer makes it quieter and less likely to mark up my containers. The only feature it doesn't have is a whip for making small amounts of whipped foods.

I have micro-planes in several sizes. Each has a use to which it is most suited depending on whether you are zesting a lemon or shaving chocolate, shredding carrots or grating cheese. These are a fine product that will serve you well.

It's a beautiful knife and it works great! I love being able to cut my fresh loaves of bread without either tearing the inside or scrambling on the crusty surface for a few second. The only thing I would have liked with it would be a cover since I don't have a knife block, but that's a minor qualm. My wife and I are very happy with the knife.

I received my milk warming pot this morning. I tried it out by warming my milk for a cup of hot cocoa. It fit enough milk to make a mug of cocoa which is perfect. Of course, milk can be warmed in any pot but this one has pour spouts so getting the newly warmed milk from the pot into the mug is a breeze :). Thanks for having this on hand Cook Culture!

I’ve been slowly transitioning to the carbon steel and the wok was the last piece of non-stick! We love the wok - we can have it on high heat! Easy to maintain once you get used to it. Happy to be fully transitioned to carbon steel!

I love the saucier pot! Gravies for the chicken, pork and beef roasts. Bechamels for the moussaka and lasagna. Cheese sauces. The round "non-corners" make it so easy to use the whisk. Of course, I use it as a regular pot, too.

This kit comes with everything you need to season your pans. The chainmail scrubber works very well to clean my cast iron pans. And the seasoning is so much easier to use than oil and works quite well.

This bench scraper combined with the soft plastic one has made my bread making adventures much easier. The metal one for the counter and the plastic one for the bowls! This tool is great to mix dough right on the counter, cut dough into portions, or shape and cut pastries. It is also awesome at scraping the counter clean after making a huge mess. Definitely a tool that I didn't know I needed until I picked it up!

Best $3 I have ever spent on a kitchen item. This bowl scraper, combined with the metal bench scraper, has made my bread making adventures much easier. The metal one for the counter and the plastic one for the bowls! This tool is great to mix dough and ingredients in the bowl without getting your hands full of sticky stuff! Definitely a tool that I didn't know I needed until I picked it up!

I had no idea what this was, but it looked so interesting and I'm always cutting/scraping things. It's great! Safer than my usual razor cutter holder, and prettier, too.

I love classic white serving pierces and this one works with both my contemporary settings and my more classic ones. I have used it several times but not in the oven yet, but I will shortly. It is rapidly becoming one of my favorite serving dishes ... and it works well as a tray, too!

My 7” Santorum knife is a great addition to our kitchen. I am slowly but surely, better late than never, assembling a collection of fabulously sharp and efficient knives. Buying online was very easy with quick delivery. Thank you.

I'm pretty comfortable with a chef knife for cutting vegetables but this knife is excellent. Sharp right out of the box. After using it for a while, have to ask myself why I didn't get this one sooner.

I am certain this is going to clean a cast iron skillet with ease, however, my new field skillets have been so easy to use, so no stick and easy to fry , and so easy to clean I have not yet had the opportunity to need the scrubber.

I feel I must learn to cook better because my son died a little over a year ago and he was a fabulous cook and make soup for the DTES for a couple of years, amazing soup and then he started an organization called Soup and Socks and he got other people involved and it grew and donations came in and he was able to help so many people in dire condition. He lost his daughter to a fentanyl overdose, tragic. I want to cook it makes me feel closer to them. Michael Patrick is his name and his daughter's...

Love the field skillet. Easy to season, and so easy to clean without water. I have to say it is very important to follow instructions on the video and season at least three times, then it works better then a non-stick pan. This skillet will last me a long time. I am so glad to have switched. Keep up the good work and keep up selling kitchen supplies that are best and probably well tested.

I did seasoning three times and the pan does an excellent job of crisping schnitzel, potatoes, chicken and is so easy to clean;. I only have to wipe the excess grape oil with a papers towel. After so many years of using a non stick pan I am so surprised that the iron skillet is easier to fry in and so much easier to keep clean.

This request reminds me that I have not yet used this flan dish! So, I am looking up recipes. I love the color and will use it for different food presentations as it's oven proof , deep enough and versatile.

The saucepot is exactly what I was looking for, and is worth every penny. You can see and feel the difference compared to cheap department store brands right away. I will be slowly replacing most of my cookware with the Demeyere Industry products over the coming year(s).

I have coveted this pan but didn’t want to buy it form the U.S. After a search I found it in Canada and was thrilled to buy it from a local business. The best part was the personalized followed up to make sure everything was in order! 10/10

I love this OXO 4” brushed stainless steel pizza wheel. It’s sharp, sturdy and safe to use. The thumb guard and soft, non-slip grip make it comfortable to hold.

Love the double handles on this pan! Makes it so much more versatile than our old cast iron pan with one long handle. Fits in the oven, fits on our Big Green Egg, and since these pans can be heavy, it’s so much easier to pick up/carry. Use it almost daily! Ordered a second one as a gift.

Absolutely love my new fine mesh scrubby! I had the larger one which I love too but got the finer one for my sister with her xmas present of a new fry pan to replace her evil "non stick" one and decided I needed the fine mesh scrubby too! Love it for my fry pans but also it's great to get the sticky residue off off glass jars & bottles... sprinkle little baking soda & scrub away! The scrubby cleans up easily unlike cloth or other sponge scrubbers that get caked with the glue / paper bits!

Seasoned several times in oven and turned out great. Takes a little getting used to regulating heat on glass top electric stove. But each time it’s easier. We also want the 12.5 in. helper handle fry pan when available

The cutting board is thin, light and both sides are useful. We are hoping that it doesn't score and trap food particles. So far it's quite good.

Bought it on July 12, 2022 at Vancouver Branch. Didn't notice until I got home that the EH logo on the Artisan Bread Baker was barely visible on the lid. Though it won't affect the culinary qualities of the baker, I am a bit disappointed. I have used it to make a sourdough bread and I am happy with the result.

Love, Love, Love! (pre-existing bias: I had a percheron-quarterhorse named Clyde when I was a kid.) That being said, this kettle is a veritable work horse. I researched stove-top kettles for a few months, specifically with an eye to glamping. I needed something lightweight, durable, large capacity, and hopefully also posh. Clean pour control was also important for making my pour-over coffee - I hate when water shoots out and splashes over everything. Clyde is perfect! Utilitarian looking maybe ...

I love my Field Cast Iron Skillet #8. It turns cooking into craft. And feels like a live and evolving journey. Food tastes better, and even the seasoning is fun. I can't wait to add the larger #10 skillet to my collection. Don't waste any more time researching (like I did) - just get a Field Skillet!
