I love the size of this pan and I love that it has a helping handle as well, even though it is not extremely heavy. It’s just very handy. I’ve made eggs, both fried and scrambled, I’ve made bacon, I’ve made potstickers… All successful. Minimal sticking in a brand new pan. I’ve been using carbon steel for years, and have noticed different hotspots in the pan. This is not the case with this pan thus far. It’s very even and it’s heat distribution. I look forward to many years of use.
