We were stationed here in San Antonio and we retired from the USAF within months of each other back in 1995 and remained friends. When I gave it to her she and her adult sons broke down in tears. I have to admit that it choked me up as well. It was well made and definitely worth the price! Seeing her facial expression and emotions was worth it's weight in gold.

I had a very good experience with product. But the item was delivered to the wrong address in a different township. Thankfully for the person that received it and they personally delivered it to my house. It was supposed to have been delivered to 6 Lenape Ln. in Manalapan, New Jersey, and it was delivered to 6 Lenape Rd. in Marlboro, New Jersey. If you notice the pre-drilled hole is on the bottom. I have made two attempts to contact you to resolve this but the only response I get is requesting a review. So I guess we’ll go this route even though I don’t prefer to give a negative review without giving you a chance to make things right. The product would be beautiful but not hanging upside down! Your customer service is significantly lacking.
