I love it, exactly as the review showed. I would change one option, in my case, the uppercase monogram located in the middle is SO ornate and intersected by our last name you can’t tell what it is! I would allow the customer to change the font. Otherwise perfect

The item itself is wonderful but the service was below stellar. Promises made assured it would be here before Christmas but didn't happen. Called 3 times left a message no call back. Emailed 3 times and was told the exact opposite of what the tracking number check with USPS in person told me. It was not actually mailed until the day after Christmas. The order was put in 2 weeks before Christmas. You will love their work but not the service.
