Love this aluminum dagger. I carry it as an edc defensive blade and the aluminum makes a huge difference wearing it on the belt line! Great shape and amazing sheath design makes this a great edc blade. Bought it at a huge discount with the blend sale and hardly even notice any blemishes!

Hey all! I really like the engineering behind this knife! I’m thankful the blemished blade was a option since the flawless category was sold out. This knife looks great! I can see a scuff mark to the right of the Scally wag emblem. It’s just a topical scuff mark. Nothing to feel skuffy about. I really had to look to see what was wrong with it. I own a LOT of knives. The MDV One+ is my favorite, which is why it's my EDC. The knife is extremely well designed, brilliantly made and has the best sheath I've ever owned for any knife.

Lost faith in folding knives. Micheal's design is great for an EDC stabber with some additional features. Really like the rhino sheath. Truly revolutionary. I can't appendix carry anything. Don't know how you guys sit down. Tucking the rhino sheath in a belt loop for horizontal carry, I forget it's there. Nice design for a non-dominant hand. I added some 3M traction tape for better grip. Wish Mike had gone with the "KITE knife" for a name.....

I worked with Melody at https://www.primaloptions.com/ on the custom multicam kydex sheath. She's a small business owner totally off grid in the mountains of Colorado. The quality of this blade is unmatched, it really show cases the American made quality. The sheath is very comfortable to wear for everyday carry. It is a great blade as a tool and self defense. I would definitely reccomend this to any one who wants to conceal carry.

Simply a phenomenal EDC. Legal in every country I've been to. I work as a commercial diver and have had situations where this blade has kept me safe. Could not recommend more. The new kitchen knives and block are beautiful. Since I know Scallywag quality, I bought two sets and gave them away as presents to friends. I've used them several times and they are deadly sharp as a good knife should be expected. The knife in this picture is a similar Scallywag blade I use at my house. They all have beautiful patterns and razor sharp edges. Cheers !!

I love this knife, mdv plus 1. It was blemished because of a slight discoloration spot on the back of the blade the size of the letter o. I used a dab of my permanent black construction marker and now it's impossible to find. I tried many tape setups and found GT500 grip tape around the middle, as shown works for me. Sharpening is tricky so I watched the video on yt. I bought a ceramic honing rod and am getting pretty good at it. It's comfortable in Mt pocket and an awesome hand held weapon. 1 r...

I have ordered a few of the less-expensive knives from SkallyWag and have been very impressed with the quality. It was time to up my game and go for a nice fixed-blade knife so I ordered this Blackwater and now all of my co-workers are envious! I made sure they know where to find them! I have been buying from Skallywag for a while I have come to appreciate their thoughtful detail they put into their knives. AN the Jolly blue roger is the best $18 i have ever spent on a knife. The MdV+1 aluminum blade is light fast and deadly. I wrapped the blade in leather cord . Then soaked it to tighten it up/secure it. wrapped some monkey tape on it I put some 5col. ranger bands on the sheath. SO the band just touches the handle. The MDV carries well. It doesn't matter if you hook it behind your belt, put in in the pocket using the rhino sheath or if one decides to use the other sheath and attach it to the belt. I will be purchasing the trainer soon. For a fixed blade fighting knife it's become a favorite of my along with my Shivworks Clinchpick.

These D2s are what I have been waiting for, for literally 2 years! The PX/BX sells a smaller version by Benchmade - a quality design, but smaller and lighter. I purchased a fixed and folder as well. Both blades were very sharp. I have purchased several fixed blades. Love then! The only complaint I have is with the folders. To me the clips are the weak point. I lost one the job because the clip failed. It isn't the only folder I lost. I wish the clips were more robust. Other then that excellent knives.

Just got my MDV +1 Aluminum. I bought it blemished and I do see a small blemish but you can hardly see it. The knife is amazing! Exactly what I need for EDC. I'm just waiting for my Rhino sheath and I'll be good to go!

I really like this belt clip from Skallywag. It is low profile and compact like no other belt clip I current own. This clip allows belt loop carry without obstruction and makes the option of left pant pocket easily available as well. The clip holds tight. I will probably grab a few more for other applications in the future.

Let me tell you about my Kraken. I ordered the first Kraken t shirt maybe a month and a half ago. It was so soft and comfortable, I wore it non stop for about 3 or 4 days and dropped him in the washer. I also went to Michigan on short notice to visit my Mom around the same time. I returned home and Kraken was M I A. He either snuck out the washer or hid out at Mom's waiting for me to leave, but I have not seen him since.
