It’s ok grip tape. Very similar to hockey tape. Wears out just the same. It’s over priced in my opinion. I think I’ll just stick with the regular hockey tape.

This is an amazing blade that can be used for an EDC blade or specifically a defensive blade. Its the perfect size to be concealed or open carried. It sits in your hand very well and with the spline being as wide as it is will be perfect for a camp blade too!

I have an MVD , actually two, one for my young son of 54 LOL IM 74 . We stay ready. The D2 Dagger is fantastic. The point is a needle, my thumb can attest to that, a simple touch while re sheathing brought forth the red stuff, ouch. All humor aside, they both are deadly efficient and will add huge amounts of safety to your travels in this dangerous world we now live in. Great fixed blade EDC, great retention sheath, added Ulticlip for front pocket carry, grip is thick enough for good grip, only wish is jimping on back of blade for thumb placement- a keeper!

Well to tell the truth I was super skeptical of the boot due to a bunch of reviews dis'n on the knife not staying in the sheath it looked great but was functioning and knowing skallywag as well as I do I said let's friggin try it!! And super happy I did for a really low cost knife it is still made tough!! All I did was tighten the belt loop screws to the sheath into my personal positioning setting and BAM worked like a charm!! It is a comfortable, decently sized t-shirt, unlike so many I order that either fit tight or are smaller than advertised. It appears to be of good quality. For the price, I have no complaints.

The "blemish" was no mounting hardware to go with the flat sheath, which works better with soft loops anyway, so win/win.

As good as the mdv, it’s so much better with grip tape. The stuff is amazing. It will be sticky at first but when cured feels a lot like micarta.

I got the name of this company from a book I was reading. ( Code Name: Wild Hunt) by D.A. Roberts. I looked the company up and ordered a few pocket knives for my friends, they got to Alaska superfast and were awesome, so I figured I would try it again this time I ordered fillet knives. I live at the mouth of the river that has the worlds largest red Salmon run. I will find out how good these knives are. More to come.
