Honestly bought this knife for my wife. I thought it would be a good knife for her to carry because if its smaller size. But she fell in love with my sailor assist instead. This is a great little knife. It came super sharp and it's size makes it real handy. It makes a good skinning knife for small game animals. Very happy with the mini jack.

This a great little knife with some smart engineering poured into it. The blem was wonky grind but 5 minutes on a stone cleaned it up fine. Only bit that I don't like is the silly little finger notch on the blade but that's likely more to do with having a hand that would be at home on a orangutan. I intend to file it open to make it efficacious for me. Good Job Skallywag

I purchased a blemished blade, but I still haven't found a single imperfection on this knife. The bounty is balanced almost perfectly at the very base of the blade. Awesome knife/sword. I love this blade.

I haven't found anything wrong with it. This is my second one. My first wasn't off the blem but I accidentally broke the tip off and didn't want to be without when I sent that one off to be fixed. Great customer service. Awesome blades!!

I like the MDV for it's hook design that makes the knife easy to get a hold of and also the way it secures the knife to my hand... I added to the sheath a Pebble leather belt loop cut from a Russian ammo pouch and sewed on a button to match my other pocket knife and wallet... Love this little blade it stays around my neck 24/7. Picture taken next to a lighter for size reference. I love how small it is. If you removed chain fits perfectly into the little coin pocket on your jeans. If I could make any changes would be slightly enlarging finger holes, so when drawn it's already in combat grip. Love the lightweight knife, I keep in my right pocket next to my skallywag pen, as a backup for my microtech socom, which are backups for my edc. Amazing fit and finish, sheath holds securely. Fits nicely in my pocket tip down with just the curved handle extruding for an easy grab if necessary (hopefully never need to use it). I just recently found out about skallywag, and I plan to do alot more shopping from them! Highly recommended!

The pen quickly became a critical item. I use this pen at my job at the fire department. The pen itself is used to take notes and write reports while the glass breaker is in quick access to be employed during extrication operations. I bought one from the blemishe sale and I have yet to find anything wrong with it. The captain and crew clearly hold the highest level of quality assurance.

The boarding axe like all my skallywag blades is a 10/10! This was my first "blem" blade that I bought however I cannot find a single thing wrong with it! The QC for skallywag is second to none. I've been carrying this dagger for a couple of weeks now and can honestly say it's one of the most comfortable blades I've carried. I typically wear 5.11 khakis and put this in the left pocket and half the time forget it's even there. I have no problem sitting crouching down or bending in any direction with this in that position. Sharp D2 fits nice in the stock sheath. I modded mine (poorly) to get the rhino action on my belt loop. Pocket clips work well but do not work for me. Nice cigar companion knife when Operating in relaxing and safe environments.

Love this folder!!!! Got the titanium blemished without the glass breaker. The knife is fast and very light. Fits my hand very well. Could not find any blemishes on it. It did not come with the glass breaker. Very easy to get to when it’s in your pocket and opens up very fast coming out of the pocket. Hello, not sure if I'm allowed to post this given it is not the MDv plus one but a good buddy of mine has one and I absolutely love it and the design. It made me rethink the belt and appendix carry and I've tried to come up with a way to implement this genius design in my cheap edc lol.
