This knife has been exactly what I have been looking for in a concealed self defense knife! Perfect size, perfect fit in hand (and I have big mitts), and superb quality! Absolutely love it! Definitely recommend having both sheaths. When it's in the rhino sheath in my belt loop it vanishes behind my belt, and I can't feel it at all. With the standard sheath it's perfect when I'm just wearing gym shorts and clips comfortably on! Do yourself a favor and just buy it

Great quality knife and really good to carry. Have been carrying it with the retention sheath for about a week, it is comfortable and secure, attaching the clip to my belts or pants can sometimes be a little annoying but just takes an extra second or two to get attached. I can't carry a gun at my new job, so this is the next best thing. The blade is really sharp. You can feel the quality of how it is made in your hand. This is a great blade for 22 bucks. I highly recommend it.

This is my lounge wear dagger, my Go too on them gray cloudy weekends. I can put this on sweats or baggy shorts no matter and it preforms flawlessly. I never have to worry about my dagger not drawing from the sheath or the sheath disengaging from my clothing. A must have for your MDV+1 I used the original wrap method by MDV however I have smaller hands and found that through training and general manipulation of the MDV +1 I found I needed a different type of wrapping so I opted for the traditional Asian style, wrapping, and so far it works best for me.

Anyways I was so impressed with their “blemished” blade that I contacted support to ask what was blemished about it and their answer shocked me. they said it was a finish issue light scratches or faded color that’s crazy well I still can’t find the “original issue” as you can see in photo all of the scratches are from me lol! Everything came as described. The blades are amazing razor sharp out of the box. All the blades I ordered except the mini were all blemished. There is no marks on the wahoo or the mako that I can see and a tiny paint scratch on the aluminum dagger. Everything is amazing. I will be ordering more in the future. I've been trying to get one of these fixed blades for some time now but they are always sold out. Just so happened I saw a blemish one available.... I don't care because I'm going to use it anyway. Arrived and I can't find a blemish anywhere. Works great and I like it more with no tape on the handle. Glad I finally got one and you will be too.

Have an aluminum, and a+1 in steel. Both from the blem pile. No blems to be found. Fine functional blades. Carry the aluminum in a rino,in my pocket. The MDV+1 steel rides horizontal up front on my belt,thanks to a bit of paracord,and pirate rope tying knowhow. All day everyday Carry in comfort.

This is a nice, short stainless steel knife that is useful for any lite cutting tasks. The handle is made of nylon and is easy to grasp. It comes with a sturdy fabric buttoned sheath with a belt loop. When it arrived it wasn't particularly sharp but a few licks on a steel took care of that problem. The knife seems to hold an edge well. I'm going to confine it to the kitchen as I prefer short knives.
