When we would go back packing I was always brining up the rear. A friend of mine’s wife would try and keep up with the other guys - hey they were all 8” taller so their stride was way longer. The reason (maybe one of the reasons 🤣) they were always far ahead and she was worn out trying to keep up. Slow but sure is the best way!

Actually my friend from Concord, NH mailed it to me in Arizona! I am down here taking care of my wonderful dad as he recovers from some health issues. He is now doing great, lost 44 pounds. We exercise at the complex’s workout room and swim in their pool… life is good!

I have camped and hiked in Yosemite since I was 8 yrs old. This shirt brought back fond memories of the time a mama bear and her 2 cubs came through our campground in Toulemne Meadows when I was 9. She was beautiful and her cubs, adorable. My mom got pictures from the atrium to our trailer while I stayed in the trailer out of the way. My dad and brother were off fishing.
