The bottle came with a cracked lid on the pump and every time I try to use it, it squirts out all over the place. I emailed the company and they wouldn’t replace it. Instead, they told me to transfer it over to another bottle, which is totally ridiculous. It’s 33 ounces and it’s very thick. Since the review the company sent me a new bottle with a pump that works and is not broken which I sincerely appreciate.

It is a good quality mask. I can tell it is working. I have only had it a couple of weeks however, I can see a glow to my skin that wasn't there. I have had some peeling issues but I do use tretinoin also so I am going to have to figure out how to use them together to give myself the most benefit without drying out my skin. I look forward to seeing my long term results!
