I think the battery life needs to be improved. A lot of products can last for a long time in one charge. This is not one of them. Battery life needs to be improved. Mask needs to be larger so that it covers full face and bottom of chin and neck.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The beauty devices arrived very late, and the customer service was poor and unhelpful throughout the process. What made the experience even worse was the cheap and inadequate packaging used for shipping, which shows a lack of care and professionalism. For a product like this, I expected much better quality in both service and delivery. Unfortunately, this is my first and last time buying from this company. I do not recommend it.
