The cream I believe enhances the treatment. My skin has been looking better. After used, I do wash it off before bed. I use the red light for 10 minutes and then blue light for 10 minutes. I have definitely seen a decrease in acne and wrinkles. Note I do it every evening for the first 10 days and then weaned it down to 4 to 3 days a week.

I love the mask. Only downside i have is one of the eye pieces that you can place in it for cooling has a slightly larger magnet sticking out then the others. It can rub a little. And i wish it had a timer so i didnt have to set my phone to tell me when to stop using it. But other than that I have no issues. It fits well and covers well.
