I love my mask and use it every single night before bed. I have used all 4 lights but usually the red or the combination is my go to. The undereye cooling masks are a good idea but mine arrived damaged so I couldn't use them. The mask is comfortable once you get it where you want it and is easy to charge, which I do every 3-4 days. It is one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

I bought both the mask and the chest/neck mat. After a few weeks of using both, I am noticing less fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes. Coincidentally, I had fractured my leg back in December, and I still have some residual soft tissue healing needed. I decided to use the chest/neck mat around my leg.
