First time I immediately saw a difference. My skin looked softer and well nourished. After a few days it was back to the way it was. I sleep poorly and am therefore always tired. Customer service is beyond compare. Very quick to respond even on a Saturday or Sunday. I did as the instructions said (fill stamping bottle and turned upside down for 2 minutes)and I stamped my whole face and all of the product was still in the bottle. I opened a second top to see it the first was defective and had the same result. I had to open it and manually put the serum on my face.
