I will admit, the process is slightly uncomfortable, but not painful. The serum feels amazing on my skin, especially the 'extra' that I apply from the bottom of the bottle, after finishing my treatment. The next morning, my skin feel amazing! I have used 4 treatments so far, one per week, and I see slight improvement but not what I was hoping for. I am going to increase to 2 treatments per week and see if there is more of a difference. I am still very hopeful!
