It's better to put some of the fluid straight on to your face. Have to wait a little while with the bottle upside down as product doesn't come out easily at times. I found that method worked better. Of course you need to leave some product in the bottle too. It's a little sore in areas but absolutely bearable. I've used it twice. Skin does look better. Be interesting to see results after a month or so.

The first I was a little bit nervous to use the product, because I really hate needles. But it was allmost painless. I shaked the bottle many times and let it be upsidedown, but the serum came for so slow anyway from needlebottle. When I used it so many many time for my face, and still there was serum left. At finally I just opened the bottle and put the rest of the serum to my face. I really like it. I have used it only one time and next time is sunday.

I found the serum not going to needle heads as easily as it should have. I had to retip upside down and let sit in between some of the injections. Once the serum got to where it needed to- I definitely noticed a difference.

I tried this product but I am having the same problem as I had with the others. The liquid is not coming out with all the stamps even when I exert more pressure. I end up stamping with little or no liquid and so I need to just put the solution in my hand and apply to my face after stamping. I have had this procedure done at the spa with no issue with the liquid releasing.

It hurts a tiny bit on around the lips but otherwise I hope it works. It comes with only 2 needles and theres 6 bottles so I'm guessing it is ok to reuse needles. I wish it came with some kind of directions but nothing.

You provide 4 disposable needle heads and 12 bottles of gel. It doesnt really make sense and although the needles should be single use, it appears that they will have to be reused. The collagen in the bottles takes a long time to apply.

Still waiting to see results, have only just applied my second one. Not much serum comes out I tend to have patches of dry areas and have to go back over when serum begins to come out. Will keep on trying. I did read in comments to loosen the lid so will try that next time.

The first time I used the system I could not get the serum to release while I was using the needling process. But after setting the serum bottle in very hot water and then turning the bottle upside down and warming it in my hands it worked beautifully. After just 2 applications I believe I can see a big difference in the lines on my upper lip. I definitely will continue to use and hope my skin continues to work it's wonders.

I have only used it once. I found it hard to get the syrum to move down into the needles. I wrote to your support team and they helped me right away. Telling me that the syrum is really thick and to put the vial in warm water to loosen it, was very helpful.
