although i really like the product, i am at a loss to understand why you would sell a kit with 3 serums but include only one application needle. The directions say do not use the needles again so i am stuck with 2 serums and no way to apply it...oh wait, spend more money and buy two more application needles. I am moving on to a different system.

The product doesn't come out. I ran it under hot water, had it upside-down for 15 minutes, new needle head, still.. it doesn't fully come out. I shake it? I go over my face several times, and the bottle never empties? How long does it take to empty one bottle? I want it to work, so I can see the difference.

I really like this product BUT, it is not sold with enough infusion heads to cover the product in the box. You need to buy the additional heads in order to follow directions of not reusing them.

I have only had one application so far, but it seemed my face looked gooey and dewy afterwards. The packaging of the serum is tough to get out other than that I’m looking forward to seeing results that last more than a day or so

I am not sure why the product only comes with one needle head but enough serum for more applications? It would make more sense to provide enough heads to match the serum provided. Hello. I do like how this works, however, it takes forever for the serum to get into the needles and it doesn't put out to much, I have seen some changes on my face. Hopefully I keep seeing results.

The packing is beautiful. It took longer than expected to receive my order. There needs to be better instructions. When I finally was able to remove the cap from the serum, I poured it in and took my shower. Then began to stamp, but almost no serum came out. It was definitely prickly, but I ended up having to take the top off and apply the serum after sticking myself. I am really pleased with results from this serum, i've been using it for 2 months and can definitely see an improvement in the smoothing out of fine lines and my skin appears plumper. The serum and the applicator came beautifully packaged. The applicator was a little small so it took a long time to distribute and there were little to no serum dispensed through the needles so I ended up smearing the serum all over my face and then micro needling it which worked too. The result was glowing and plump skin!

I love the idea of microneedling and was excited to try this product. I have only used it once and hae not noticed a signifigant differencce but i am still hopeful. My complaint is that the serum didn't come through the needles or the topat all, which left me having to needle then apply the serum. In which case i would have been better off buying a reusable roller

I really like the product. It would make more sense though if you are selling 3 serums then include 3 needless. Not just 1, as your can only use the needle once. Now I have to buy 2 more needles before I can use the rest of my serum. Just a suggestion.

I am quite pleased with the purchase, however it takes ages for the serum to reach the needles. I put it upside down for ten minutes tapping the bottom at intervals and it still takes me going round my face awhile before any serum come out .

I have used the infusion system once so far. I thought it was very nice and relatively little pain. One thing to note is that you need to buy extra sterile needle heads for the serum bottle. The infusion system I got comes with three serums but only one needle head. Since the needles need to be changed with each use, I think each serum should come with it's own corresponding sterile needle head. That's the only reason I gave less than 5 stars. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.

I have only used the product once. What confuses me is the directions say only use the micro infusion needle for one application . But I bought 6 bottles of infusion and it only came with 2 needles. I feel like that explanation should have been included in the original purchase. In order to apply it correctly then I had to purchase $40 of needles. Feel like I should have had that information prior to purchase.
