In the first box I opened there wasn’t the diffuser.. so the needling couldn’t fit on the bottle… it was complicated for me to use as I add little by little the product in the head with needles. After I opened my second box and saw there was a recipient bigger that fitted the needle heads. For the under eye patch I couldn’t find any explanation and still I don’t know how to use them.. I hope the results will be good as so far I am not very happy with the whole experience.

I'm a 60 year old woman & I've never been confident enough to go anywhere without makeup (I guess you could say I hide behind a mask). The first time I used glov I had every intention of staying in the following day as they say don't wear makeup for 24 hours, but I had to go out & I must say I felt confident, my skin looked nourished, fresh & plump. Used it 2x so far. bought the smaller box but not sure why it comes with 6 serums and only 2 needle heads. the serum barely makes it to the needles and i left it upside down for 24 hours. Will still use it to see if I get results.

So far so good!! Love the serum! Makes my skin feel amazing! I saw a nice difference the first time I used it. Second time not so much. It hurt a lot the second time and I’m not quite sure if I’m pressing too hard or covering the area too much but the pain doesn’t last long and the redness goes away pretty fast, I hope I’m doing it right but I think I’m gonna try it once a week rather than once every two weeks

Like so many who have purchased the system, I find it misleading to order 12 vials yet receive only 4 needle applicators. That said, following the directions, the applicator is slow to bring fluid to the top and needles. Very frustrating. And a whole vial is simply far too much for a single application.
