I made the mistake of not reading it properly only ended up with a download image that I then could not get printed anywhere so had to go back and ask for a print, I made the mistake of asking for a custom background. Despite charging me an additional £20 to create the custom background they basically used the stock image I sent them! A further £20 to create it as a print. It’s arrived it’s nice but at a cost of nearly £70 it’s so not worth it! I am really disappointed and won’t use them again
