When I purchased my order for Sadie I felt misled. I wanted a 16 x 20 on canvas. The first time you sent the picture I told you I wanted her ears a little shorter. You never sent me what I wanted for approval. Can you take a look at the picture you did for me? I never felt so lost in this purchase. I don’t know what to say.
