Placed an order, on a whim and without any research. I was underwhelmed with the first draft. Asked for a few adjustments. Some were addressed to my liking, while others were not. Asked for a second round of adjustments. They were made, however the changes were miniscule. Barely perceivable. I was still unhappy with the image. It seemed so mundane. No character. I asked to cancel the order and refund my payment. I received a 50% refund. Buyer beware.
