Tastes great, honestly I love how fine the powder is and its easy to mix. Just beware if you're lactose intolerant it may cause gas or diarrhea. Other than that you can't beat the price for the amount you get!! Get a subscription and save!!

I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition for over 5 years now alternating between Serious Mass and the regular Gold Standard. Their protein tastes great and can be used with yogurt, milk or water. However, this is the first protein powder I’ve found that tastes just as good with slightly better macros and it’s a great deal for what you’re getting. For now, I will continue using this one as I find you get more value and for me specifically taste matters a lot and this is perfect so far.

I mix 2 scoops in roughly 20-22oz tap water. Chocolate peanut butter mix. I find it mixs well in water opposed to milk. I love it in milk though. Water is still good, considering i need more hydration. For the people who have trouble opening the lid...idk what to say accept for get a grip. The lid has a seal tab, simply cut it a bit and pull. It's simple.

I enjoy Goliath 100% WHEY PROTEIN powder, Peanut butter Chocolate, and it's nutritious contents. I mix it with 2 raw eggs, about 10 oz. Fat free milk and pour some of it over a mixture of 4 different cereals: 1/3 cup of each : Grape nuts, shredded wheat, Fiber one, and uncooked rolled oats. This is Fiber, protein and extra vitamins and minerals.

Great product! Terrible packaging!! Chocolate Peanut Butter is amazing, more like a dessert than a protein shake. Negative: packaging is awful. First swipe the slider popped off and the bag never resealed well, if at all. Luckily i had an old 5 pound vanilla tub to put it in. The tubs were way more reliable. The packaging was really a bummer.
