the products have been good. the shipping is awful, no matter how much i ask for better. that uni company they use, is so bad. customer service is a 50/50. while prompt and friendly. i never received the discount they offered for my shipping troubles. even though i asked 3 separate times for it. If the shipping wasn't so bad and risked me loosing every delivery, i would only shop with them as there protein is good and a bargain.
