These elastics, both black and white, are perfect. They stitch into the seam more easily than many I've tried, and (most importantly) they're comfortable on the ear. The length is enough to add toggles for adjusting, so a mask can fit "just right." The elastic is durable, and holds up to many wearings and washings. My husband is required to wear a white mask for work. These are a little tricky to attach on the inside of a mask, but the effort is worth it. They do a great job of preventing fogged glasses. Plus, they can't be seen through the fabric.

I always use the steel nose pieces in the masks I make for family and close friends. They are more durable than the aluminum ones I used to place in my pleated masks. I've ordered them 3 times (so far).

These simple little pieces of metal are essential if you were glasses while masked up. I have bought several sets, both the straight and curved, because we have lots of masks in different styles. My husband and I share the masks, and we are each able to mold the piece of metal to fit our noses. He has to wear a mask all day sitting at a desk, and he doesn’t have a problem at all with his glasses fogging up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Originally bought straight ones for homemade, pleated masks. They made a HUGE difference limiting fogging of my glasses. I ordered these because I bought other masks without realizing they didn’t have the most piece. I sewed both types inside the masks by snipping a very small hole, threading metal piece in and centering. Two little stitches on each end secured the pieces and I’ve never looked back. Very easy to use and do their job!

I have found that a few stitches across the middle of the metal nosepiece strip keeps it from sliding up and down. I also have added a foam nosepiece (purchased elsewhere-- suggest you carry them) on the inside of my masks. They do ok (so far) with machine washing, but their sticky backs don't hold thru washing, so I now add the foam piece at the same time as the DIY metal piece and throw a few anchoring stitches thru the mask into the foam to keep it fastened. I had made a lot of masks and for lack of anything else had to use pipe cleaners. They have worked really good but I know they will get weak and break. When I saw these on Facebook I ordered them immediately and it seems like I had them within 5 days. I replaced all the pipe cleaners with the metal pieces. They work wonderfully. They bend so no hot air gets to your glasses. Will more than likely be ordering more.

These are exactly as described. They are forming over the nose, so face masks make a tighter seal around your face. I haven't sewn mine in the mask yet, but they work fine. I added one to the inside of my double layer mask and it's awesome. My husband wears glasses, so they definitely make it better for him.

Works great to "shore up" the mask so it can form well around my nose (hoping to stop the glass fogging). Just wish the edges were a bit smoother. As I was sewing, it kept "cutting" the thread if I pulled too tight. But, I managed it and will look forward to trying it out soon. Thanks for offering a cure to my problem!
