Customer photo review of Rackstar Tail Light+3
Thomas A.
I'm always nervous about riding on the road in the age of social media addiction so it's best to have a massive, bright light to snap drivers out of it. Battery life is excellent, the quick release is amazing, and the standard mounting size fit my Bontrager Backrack perfectly. This was a big upgrade for my rack and peace of mind.

Installed the 45mm model on my Ribble CGR Ti, over the top of 40mm tires. They work great, given this model bike provides plenty of fender clearance and mount points. They ride very quiet and make the bike much easier to clean after a wet ride. I also love the way they look!

Great set of full coverage fenders at reasonable price. No issues installing them on a Salsa Journeyer with wax wing carbon fork, this bike has all the mounting points. I am currently running Vittoria Terreno 700x47 tires and clearance is fine. These will definitely help extend my Michigan riding season!

Let me start with a thank you i bought my Take Out basket and bag from Amazon a while back and trust me it was used to carry everything i needed on my rides but Im really here to tell you that the quality of the basket is amazing and well built now my story and why im leave this comment i believe the basket worked like a front bumper and was a big part of saving me from far worse injuries when I was hit by a 92 Toyota pickup that turned in to me at a residential street while I was in the bike la...

I installed the PDW Full Metal Fenders on my gravel/all-road bike and I’m officially that person now—the one who secretly hopes for rain just to justify their gear choices. These fenders are rock solid, beautifully finished, and feel like they were designed by people who actually ride bikes in bad weather. The construction is top-notch: real metal, clean bends, no flimsy nonsense. Once installed, they’re completely silent—no rattles, no flex, no mysterious ticking sounds that make you question ...

As usual, service and products are excellent. These Full Metal Fenders are THE Perfect Choice for my Trek FX3, (2022 Model, Gen. 3); the 700c X 45mm are a precise fit. This fender kit has EXCEEDED my expectations: 1.) they’re, absolutely, silent; NO vibration, or noise, of ANY kind; 2.) the weight, which feels LESS than 1/4 lb. , is NEGLIGIBLE, ([!], so much so that anyone obsessing over “extra weight” would be missing-out on a superior accessory for the full-road/gravel protection of one’s bic...

Honestly, I don't know why these fenders aren't used and lauded the world over--love mine so much I bought two back-up pair. Fit, finish, installation, appearance--everything is great and they happen to match my Campeur very well.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. The handlebar mounting bracket is unlike any other; I understand that the initial installation might seem a bit "complex," but it is well worth it for the stability it provides to the load. The outer cover and the bag itself are of high quality, and the internal and external straps ensure that everything remains very stable. I used it for the first time on a 6-day bikepacking trip, camping along various beaches in Costa Rica, and it didn't give me...

The 700x55 is working well for gravel rides on a Topstone alloy frame with 700x44 tires. They keep the bike fairly clean. I catch a little spray from the shins down, but stay clean and dry from the shins up. I spent an hour or two getting the installation the way I like but I am very happy with the results. I might add a second brace to the front fender to keep it from shaking in rough sections, but it is not bad with just the one brace.

Very easy to install and fits great on my All-City Super Professional with 650x47c tires. No rattles or excessive noise and they have proven pretty durable despite me catching the backside on curbs and such. No issues so far!

Bought this to replace the original failed and too short kick stand for my Bike Friday. Sturdy, well made, and adjustable! Because I swap tires from summer road to winter fat studded the adjustable aspect is a must. Thanks

Customer photo review of RADBOT 1000 Tail Light
Gary K.
The Radbot 1000 is highly visible, which is the most important thing is a taillight. It also has great battery life and mounts easily on the seatpost. It might be nice if someone could figure out how to mount it on the chainstays though. I should have added that as good as the Radbot is, your customer service is even better!

Customer photo review of Bindle Rack

Used on a three day bike packing trip in Vermont. Install was quick and simple. First time using a saddle pack and I was pleasantly surprised at how stable the rack was. No "tail wag" feeling at all, even on a somewhat over packed sack. The only drawback is a size issue. I'm on the shorter end and the length available on my saddle post is just within the recommended length. I wish this was posted in the product page and not only in the installation guide. Because of this the space between the ...

I’ve had these fenders for a year and they are working great! The metal is still not scratched, the paint looks great, and I’ve had no reason to take them off since I love the look of them.

Over the years, I’ve tried a few different ‘easy’ options for protection from the elements with varying degrees of success (and clunkiness) before taking the plunge and going all-in with the full metal fenders from PDW. I’ve used them for a few months now, so thought I’d leave a review. It’s no lie that it requires a lot of patience and some creative engineering to get these mounted properly. You will probably need a few extra pieces of hardware (e.g. I ended up using a couple extra water bottl...

I purchased the 700x45 Full Metal Fenders for my 2024 Specialized Roubaix SL8 size 56, and they fit like a champ! There were plenty of pieces included in the kit to help me figure out the right combination for mounting, and the fenders are rock solid - no vibration and plenty of coverage for my tires. A few important things to note for this bike: 1) you will most likely need PDW's "Long Alloy Stay x2" for the rear if you are running larger volume road tires (mine are 700x32). The stays that...

Customer photo review of Poncho Fenders

I've used metal fenders for almost two decades, but this time I wanted to try something different. Functionally, there is no real difference, but these are easier to fit, given that they're slightly more flexible. I also find them quieter. I had HOPED that they would be gloss black, which would have perfectly matched my frame, but the matte finish looks OK anyway. Good fenders, good deal. You can seem in their natural state in the photo of my dynamo ;-).

Customer photo review of Sodapop Fenders
Fritz K.
I use Sodapop MTB fenders on my gravel/touring Lynskey GR270. They’re hard to see under all the luggage. Tires shown are 650b x 48mm, and front tire clearance at the fork crown is tight. I sawed off the front fender adjacent to the mounting tab, at the rear of the fork so the fender doesn’t go under the crown at all. Rear fender fits OK. The only modification I made was to drill a couple holes to zip tie the fender to the rear rack to stop rattles. This setup is on its third season, and I’ve fou...

Customer photo review of Suspension Fork Eyelet Adapter Set+1

This adapter set worked perfectly in attaching your front fender from the PDW Full E-Bike Fenders set to the REI Coop Gen e 1.1 bike (20 inch) with the pneumatic front fork. I had to trim about 3.25 inches off of each fender strut and flip the small bracket on the fender over so that it protects down through the slot in the fender. I then attached the little bracket to the metric-threaded hole in the back of the cross piece on the bike's front fork, with the fender on top of the cross piece. T...

Just installed. I do not own a bike without fenders. Decided on the PDW because they look the sturdiest on the market. I especially liked the double stays on the rear fender - more in a bit. I am 58. Previous fenders have lasted me 10+ years and probably longer. I am hoping that these will be the ONLY set I purchase for this bike! I am already aware that because they are aluminum they are less "forgiving" to random "catches". Hopefully this is not an issue but there is a learning curve for me. T...

Easy to install on an REI e1.2. Like others have said, I didn’t have to take off the rear tire. Just took off both of the stays on the rear fender, deflated the tire, took off the bolt where the fender meets the frame, put the fender in place, put the stays back in place, tightened, adjusted and re-inflated the tire. Looks great and functions well so far! Purchased at REI.

Happy I found this tall fender bracket. I already have a Planet Bike Cascadia aluminum fender that I transplanted onto a different bike. It was riding a little high over the tire, and I need a longer bracket to lower it. The holes on this PDW hanger lined up perfectly with the holes on the PB fender. A couple of pop rivets to connect them together and everything looks proper, a close-to-stock appearance.

Overall, happy with them on an SL8 Roubaix. Very solid. I had to use the extra long hanger on the rear. The Roubaix has a threaded hole in the rear of the fork, not a through hole, so the front fender is slightly rotated to the rear, but still seems ok.

I was nervous how this would hold a water bottle but it actually is perfect. The bottle won’t fall out during the ride and it’s easy to pull out and put in with only one hand. Plus, it looks great!

Portland Design Works Full Metal 700c Fenders 37mm, Black w/ Black Stays Best mudguards I've had. And I've had a few. These are mounted over 32mm GP5000TL tires. There is enough coverage. Just. The only issue is that the rear stays are not quite long enough for mounting to my seatstays. This is just a normal light touring frame based on the Van Nicholas Yukon. I had to use the included quick release mounts to extend the stays. Not a problem, but it could be tidier if the stays had been 1 cm long...

I bought the Sturdy Lad to support my long wheelbase recumbent, which also happens to be an e-bike. Weighing in a 68lbs, I needed a kickstand that was long and strong. The adjustable length on the Sturdy Lad made it the perfect kickstand for my bike.

My wife and I both have the REI COOP e1.2’s and I’ve been looking for fenders for a while. Install was pretty straight forward, I didn’t take off the wheels, or deflate the rear tire, (however I did use a hacksaw on a 4mm Allen wrench so I could remove the bolt,) I then took the rear fender to the belt sander to shave off about a quarter inch of material to allow the bolt to go through the opposite side. I used the longer 4mm bolts and the spacer with a washer to attach the rear wheel stays in...

Easy install for a REI Co-op e1.2 electric bike. Contrary to the video instructions, you do not need to remove the wheels for installation. I used dental floss to feed the 30mm bolt into the front fork and deflated the rear tire to install the rear fender. Only tools used were 3 and 4mm hex wrenches and some dental floss.

I used 3 of these to mount Velo Orange metal fenders. One on front to a bag rack, one on the fork crown with Problem Solver (could have used Sheldon's fender nut) and one on brake bridge. They saved a lot of time and gave me a good fender line. Thanks a lot for a great product.

We have several of these and they have been great lights. We’re invested in rechargeable batteries and run our lights with high capacity Eneloop type batteries (currently Ikea Ladda white precharged). They run for hours before needing to be recharged, the battery life is excellent. And they are bright. We run them in zZz-pop mode which is very noticeable at night or in daylight. Every one of our bikes has a rear PDW mount on it. PDW sells additional mounts including those for rear racks. Their c...

I've been using the Bindle Rack nearly every day for my work commutes and errands during the last 5 years and it's never failed me. It works great with Montague Boston doesn't impede the folding design. Most recently I had a clip from one of the buckles break off and Chris, honoring their company's lifetime warranty sent me a whole new strap piece. Now I'm confident my Bindle will continue on for another 5 years or more.

Thanks PDW, these safely keep rocks and road debris out from under my bike! Other reviews mention price, but these metal fenders have not dented or scratched easily! Awesome. Just a little trip to the hardware store for a longer fork bolt, and a few inches off the fender stay bars did the trick. I made quick work after awaiting my package. Otherwise, the Fenderbot tail light is quite the complement.

I was looking for a good set of fenders for my touring bike and came across the PDW 700x55 full metal fenders. I ordered from PDW and received the fenders in just a few days. The quality of the fenders is very good and they are strong but not too heavy. I really liked that all the attachments came with hardware so modifications were easy. Bike: REI Co-OPe.1.1 You will have to take some extra steps to get the front fender mounted. - I replaced my front tire with a 2.0x2.15 tire to create enough spacing for the fender and the tire. - I had to trim down the metal prongs on the front fender to have them come close to the fork attachment - I ordered a fork adapter from SKS to get them attached - Finally, I threw some zip-ties on the top to complete the job. But, there is a screw mount on the fork that you can secure onto the fender...
