Hands down the nicest machines on the market, i am a newbie to this fun art and when i started looking into this machine, Geoff the owner and fellow tufter was OVER the top helpful and had no problem answering the many questions i had! This machine is top notch built, others will probably do the same but i guarantee will not hold up to the pounding these machines take! Geoff even goes out of his way to answer texts late night and on the weekends. You WONT be sorry if you manage to get one!!

Great experience! Fun and helpful instruction and clear directions on how to go about the tufting of our own individual rugs. The team even made recommendations on colour gradiation for mine to make it look more like a sunset. The final finish of the rugs was completed and we picked them up a few weeks later. Can't wait to put it up as a wall hanging.

Great pricing for the amount of fabric you receive. First time trying it out and I'm satisfied. I do recommend leaving about 5 inches of extra fabric on all side of your frame, since the fabric frays at the edges if it's too close of a cut and can get loose along the way. Other than that no complains, highly recommended.

We had an amazing time making rugs with Zoom and Geoff. Not only were they so helpful and made sure to cover all the safety necessary to have a good time, they were open to letting people be creative and let me make my rug a bit bigger than originally planned. I really appreciate folks who teach crafts who let students get creative and bring their ideas to reality. The communication and how fast I got my rug afterwards was great. Overall, we’d do it again!

This was such an amazing experience! I took my friend as a way of asking her to be my MOH and we had a blast! The owners were both so helpful and kind, and made the space so welcoming and fun! There were snacks and drinks provided, along with instructions and drawn out designs! We had so much fun and would love to come back and support their business and the non profits they support/run! I love the kit a lot the tufting equipment works fine cloth was great especially for a new beginner and love that you can adjust speed as well the only recommendation i would say for a new new beginner would be to put arrows on how the nails are suppose to go i did look at the video but you could have some overthinkers who would visually need to have something to show because it’ll be confusing but other than that happy with everything

Ordering was easy. Tracking and ETA were accurate. As far as the clippers go; easily the best clippers Ive ever purchased. Quiet, smooth cut, lots of replacement blades. Wish the oil container contained oil but I have plenty so not a big deal. This was my first purchase with Tuft Love and will definitely be purchasing more stuff from them.
